But in May Ibis year-exactly three years after h is demob. from the RAF - Jimmy decided to come back. and try again.

He had become a member of the Performina Riahts Society, on the strength of his published songs, and he relurned to concentrate on this side o( his former activities.

His performance owes nothing to Eh·is-who has never really 1:ickled this sort of thing- o r anyone else. And Tflc Shadows' backing is idcal­anythmg e lse added would get in the war of the effect.
