At the commissioners' request, a monthly report has been compiled to provide an overview of the department's activities in relationship to the adopted strategic plan. June Monthly Report

Ady & Associates Review

A summary of her report was reieased mid-June. Direction regarding next steps is needed. A copy of her report is attached.

Strategic Plan Review

Staff was asked to provide another copy of the strategic plan for the commissioners' use. A copy is attached.

The plan is reviewed by members of the advisory board during their August meeting. Input is tlien gathered during subsequent months and integrated into the plan. It is typically endorsed by thEl group during their November meeting and forwarded to the commissioners in December.
