Pasal 1 ayat 3Alat Pemantauan Air Limbah Terus Menerus dan Dalam
Jaringan ,selanjutnya disebut Alat Sparing adalah alatyang dipergunakan untuk mengukur kadar suatu parameterkualitas air limbah dan debit air limbah melalui pengukurandan pelaporan debit air limbah secara otomatik, terusmenerus dan dalam jaringan
Pasal 2 Ayat 2 Usaha dan/atau kegiatan yang diwajibkan memasang dan mengoperasikan Sparing sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) meliputi:
1. Industri rayon; 2. Industri pulp dan kertas; 3. Industri kertas; 4. Industri petrokimia hulu; 5. Industri oleokimia dasar; 6. Industri kelapa sawit; 7. Industri kilang minyak; 8. Eksplorasi dan produksi minyak dan gas; 9. Pertambangan emas dan tembaga;10. Pertambangan batubara; 11. Industri tekstil dengan debit lebih besar atau sama dengan
dari 1.000 (seribu) m3/hari; 12. Pertambangan nikel; 13. Industri pupuk; dan 14. Kawasan industri.
Pasal 1 ayat 2Sistem Pemantauan Kualitas Air Limbah secara Terus Menerusdan Dalam Jaringan selanjutnya disebut Sparing adalah sistemyang dipergunakan untuk memantau, mencatat danmelaporkan kegiatan pengukuran kadar suatu parameterdan/atau debit air limbah secara otomatik, terus menerus dandalam jaringan.
Pasal 1 ayat 4Baku Mutu Air Limbah adalah ukuran batas atau kadar unsurpencemar dan/atau jumlah unsur pencemar yang ditenggangkeberadaannya dalam air limbah yang akan dibuang ataudilepas ke dalam media air dari suatu usaha dan/ataukegiatan.

• Operation cost: power: UF system 0.32Kwh/m3 and Magneticflocculation:0.06Kwh/m3
• Chemical consumption: $0.045/m3 (for UF membrane backwashing use)
1. Waste water will enter the Vertical membrane specifically for waste water treatment
with pressure in 160 psig and a maximum of NTU 3500 for treated waste water. and
the maximum yield of UF processing is 2 NTU

3. Cleaning Back Wash Membrane is done in a unique way that is by using 65 Psig

4. Back wash only takes 2 to 3 seconds.
5. Chemical backwash is carried out if necessary.
