    Why it needs to develop?

    Durians powder is in dried form, its shelf life more

    prolonged compared to fresh durian.By using special technique like selective diffusion,

    the flavor and smell of durians powder could beretained. (Chin Sung Tong, 2006)

    Durians powder can be kept in cool or drycondition without contamination by microorganism.

    It is also easily dissolve in liquid form like in wateror solid form like flour.
