- Prepare All Materials Submittals for approval.

- Inspection for Materials before installation (with the approved Submittals).

- Review the IFC drawing (Tender) and prepare shop drawing.

- Prepare daily inspection in sequence with the work, prior to Hold Point Report (H.P.R.) or

(R.F.I.). And all types of submittals.

- Prepare Daily, Weekly, activity and Monthly progress report.

- Estimating the Actual material required for the activities.

- Prepare and estimate the Quantity and make Take off materials and Budget.

- Reviewing Quantities and preparing invoices for the mechanical items.

- Following up the Execution of all activities in accordance with the project time schedule.

1. Water supply inside building including (Piping System, Water Tanks, Transfer Pumps,

Booster Pumps and Plumbing fixtures).

2. Hot Water System (Boilers, Heaters and Circulation pumps).

3. Installation of Swimming Pools & Water Fountains Full System.

4. External Networks (City water, irrigation, firefighting Networks).

5. Drainage Networks Inside Building Including Underground Networks, Aboveground

Networks & Forced Main lines with Installation Submersible Pumps.

- Project Work Task :-

1. Preparing & get approval of the Method Statement (MS) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP)

of all the Mechanical Trades HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing Works.

2. Coordination Works between All Mechanical Trades.

3. Check & follow up of the work progress rate and prepare monthly progress report for the

head management.

B. Joined to Prophet Mosque Expansion Project at El- Medina El Manoura , Worked as a Senior

Mechanical Engineer from Dec. 2013 till Now:

- Project : Prophet Mosque Expansion / The Finance Ministry (Owner) & Dar El-

Handasa (Consultant) Head Quarter in the Medina “ Renovation & Maintenance Works

of ARAMAS Existing Hotel “.

- From Dec. 2013 till July 2014.

- Location : Existing ARAMAS Hotel in Medina.

- Project Total Budget 50.00 Million Riyal – MEP Budget 20.00 Million Riyal.

- Project Work Task :-

1. Maintenance Works for all Mechanical Systems (Chillers, Pumps, AHU, FCU, Drainage &

Water Supply Systems & Building Fire Systems “ Water Sprinkler System – FM200 Gas

System – Foam System – Fire extinguishers).

2. Modification of all The Mechanical Systems According to new layouts and Renovation of

The Building From Housing application (Hotel) to Administration Offices in most of the

building (7-Floors) and Some Rooms Merged to Suites in the Building .

- Project : Prophet Mosque Expansion / The New Building of the Mosque & Piazza .

- From Aug. 2013 till Now.

- Location : Prophet Mohamed Mosque (New Building & Piazza ).
