Apa itu LEADERSHIP ?Leadership (Kepemimpinan) adalah seni atau proses mempengaruhi orang-orang, sehingga mereka akan berusaha mencapai tujuan kelompok dengan kemampuan dan antusias.Kepemimpinan adalah proses mengarahkan dan mempengaruhi kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan tugas dari anggota kelompok.
