• On saturday we went to Cacaosuyo factory that is from Salma´s uncle.

• We learned a lot about chocolate.• It was fun when we ate chocolate.

The cacao plant

• They bring the cacao from the amazonas.

• The cacao is from Peru, because they found in the incas rests.

Different types of chocolate

• It doesn´t matter if the chocolate is lighter it can be bitter like the dark chocolate.It depends in the types of the tree.

• If you eat a 70% chocolate it has 30% of sugar,if you eat a 60%chocolate it has 40% of sugar etc.

Popular chocolates

• All the popular chocolates like ,Sublime,Triangle,Hersheys ETC have no more of 10% of cacao and the rest is sugar and vegetable fat.

• Do not eat so much popular chocolates.
