Faculty Performance
1) Students counseling / Tutor Scheme system is implemented since
the inception of the institution and any opinion of students are
addressed by the counselors / teacher in consultation with
HOD’s and Principal.
2) Performance appraisal of the staff by the students is conducted
regularly after the closure of classes at the end of first month at
the end of term compulsorily.
3) The performance appraisal is valued and is made known to each
staff with the forms given to them so that the staff can improve
and excel in their profession by the valuable feed back.
11 Grievance redressal mechanism
for faculty, staff and students
Four grievance cells are formed –

4. Grievance cell for women – Principal
The staffs are free to express any of their problems / grievances
relating to academics / co-curricular activities with the Heads of
the Departments & with Principal in the regular meetings and
suitable redressal of the grievances will be immediately made
by providing the required facilities.
Students have free and democratic access to all the Teachers,
Counselors, Heads and Principal so that nothing is hindrance in
student – teacher interaction. Any grievance of a student in
academic, personal problems etc. would be attended
immediately by the teachers / Tutors in consultation with Heads,
Warden / Chief Rector etc. so that they are provided with
homely atmosphere.
A free, fair and democratic ambience is provided in the
institution to the students, staff and faculty members.

2014-15) won first prize and award at 5 Technical National event
at different institutes for their UG project based on Ferrocement
Toilet Unit. 16. Thirteen students selected in MPSC Civil Engineering
Examination (2015) of 2012 batch. 17. Four students of 2015-16 batch has been selected in PWD as
AE II 18. Three faculty members completed Ph.D., Seven faculty
members completed M.E, One faculty member completed M.tech
and others are pursuing.
19. Prof. S. B. Kandekar present a research paper entitled
“Torsional Behaviour of Reinforced Concrete Beam Wrapped
with FRP Material” in 31st Indian Engg. Congress held on 16-18
December 2016 at Kolkata organized by the IEI.
20.Seven students selected as Junior Engg. In WRD Govt. of
Maharashtra in the year 2016. 21. Four students of Third and Final year are winners of poster
presentation at IEI Ahmednagar Local center in the current
