NOTE: On 6th December, 2014, Saturday school timings will be as under: For Participants (Nursery to X) Dispersal will be at 11.00amFor Non-participants (Nursery to X) Dispersal will be at 12.00 Noon. The schedule for dress rehearsals for the Annual Day is on Saturday, 6th

Dec 2014 from 4.30 pm to 7.00pm. Kindly ensure that your ward arrives at the first bus stop at 3.30 pm. Pick and drop facility of the participants will be there. The participants who are not availing bus facility can also use it as per regular stops. ( No special stop will be allowed)

The participants will report to school on Sunday, 7th Dec 2014 at 4 pm sharp. Buses will ply only to pick the participants, parents can collect them after the function. (No bus facility to drop them). Please send a labeled bag with your ward.

On 7/12/14, Snacks will be provided to the participants and volunteers, but children must carry their water bottles.

Parents are requested to be seated by 5.15 pm sharp.

Students will be allowed to go with their parents, only after the entire programme concludes.

Parents must come and pick their wards as per announced instructions. The Costume will be collected back by the teachers on the same day after the function.

To rejuvenate our energies and get the school into a working status, the school would be off for the children on 8th Dec 2014. Invitation card is mailed to all the parents as per their mail ID in

school records, those who don’t have mail ID, printed Invitation cards are sent through the ward.
