「理想.點」(Idea to Business) 是以青年為本的非營利組織。透過提供多元動手做的體驗

活動及經驗分享,理想點讓學生感受企業家精神的精粹,以及啟發青年人,鼓勵他們擁抱敢

於嘗試的精神。理想點創始人提倡"與學生同行"的概念,期望青年擁有自主權,計劃人生的

每一步。

「年青創業家計劃」(Young Entrepreneurship Program) 是跨越整年的全新體驗課程。青年

將與其大學伙伴設計從社會議題出發的方案,由訪談用家到設計原形,以及後期制定營銷策

略及宣傳,學生能夠體驗整個創業的過程,藉此培養同理心及學習企業家精神。

計劃得著

網絡:計劃能讓大學生在商界及社會創新界遊走,認識業界專家,為未來鋪路。

實習機會:完成計劃後,傑出表現者將能獲行業相關的實習面試機會。

益。我們提供專業的社創支援、共享工作空間以及活動空間

給社會企和業具社會效益的活動。

「融·聚·歷」(Inclusive Impact)是由前運動員和專業培訓師 是為政府部門,非政府組織和企業作出變革管理培訓組成。

團隊希望通過一系列創新,深入隊的輪椅挑戰和體驗,讓與

會者發現自己長大的,具有啓發性的心路歷程。

計劃主題 本次計劃將以聯合國可持續發展目標為計劃主題,每隊需在下列四種主題挑選其一為其點子

目標 :

目標一:無貧窮 目標三:良好健康與福祉

目標十:減少不平等 目標十三:氣候行動

本計劃希望透過上述四個目標,能提升參與學生的世界公民意識,同時鼓勵學生就特定議題

深入探討,建立其分析能力。

計劃詳情

為期六個月的「年青企業家計劃」將在十月的開幕禮上正式啟動。在接下來的半年中,大學

生將作為 U-Buddies 參加兩次訓練,及後 U-Buddies將與中學生配對成組,並擔當隊伍領導,帶領中學生設計社創點子。計劃將於一月下旬進入原型建立階段,並於四月設有匯報日暨

畢業典禮。以下是「年青企業家計劃」的活動詳情:

團隊經驗

青年發展經驗:

「年青創業家計劃」十名成員來自本地五所大專院校,均曾參與籌辦義工及青年活動。團隊

領導林雋楷擁有超過二千五百小時的義工時數,於本港不同青年組織帶領多個團隊完成與青

年發展、教育及公民教育相關的計劃。團隊成員在近年亦在AIESEC及其他青年組織擔當重

要崗位,負責計劃具社會意義的活動予學生,服務受助者達五千人。

社會創新經驗:

「年青創業家計劃」亦有近半成員有社會創新相關經驗,團隊領導林雋楷更曾於美國加州一

項社會創新大賽奪冠,同時亦是「融.聚.歷」(Inclusive Impact) 聯合創辦人,一家體驗式

培訓企業。團隊另一領導葉鎮豪亦曾參與各大社會創新的種子計劃,創立青年為主的社會企

業「匠俠」,為中學生提供不同的特色職業體驗。

About Idea to Business & YE20

Idea to Business is a youth-oriented non-profit organization. By providing diversified hands-on experience activities and sharing sessions with entrepreneurs, Idea to Business allows students to feel the essence of entrepreneurship, and inspires them to embrace the spirit of daring to try. The founders of Idea to Business advocates the concept of "walking with students”, and encourages young people to have autonomy in planning their life.

Young Entrepreneur Program (YE Program) is a brand new experiential program across the entire year. Youth and their university buddies will design solutions to tackle social issues. From interviewing target users to prototyping, followed by formulating marketing strategies, students can experience the entire entrepreneurial journey, thereby fostering empathy and learning entrepreneurship process, thereby fostering empathy and learning entrepreneurship.

Program Outcome

Network: YE20 allows students to meet with experts from business and social innovation sectors and plan for future careers.

Internship: Upon the end of the program, outstanding students can earn an interview chance in our partnering company.

Skillset: Students can join our 15-hours workshops and learn the advanced skillset such as design thinking and lean start-up without any charges.

Personal Growth: Students can meet our U-buddies with the same social missions, develop your interpersonal and leadership skills, and extend your network.

Partnering Organizations

Wu Jieh Yee Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship is established through the generous donation of the Wu Jieh Yee Charitable Foundation. Its primary aim is to cultivate the innovative and entrepreneurial mindset of the HSUHK students through a range of functions and activities. It also targets on raising the awareness of the youth and the business executives in Hong Kong for the importance of entrepreneurship, innovative thinking and creativity.

Dream Impact is a socially-minded community located in Lai Chi Kok where we aim to provide the right resources to socially-minded entrepreneurs. In the meantime, we help to bridge communities and opportunities across sectors to widen our community’s circle of influence and both scale and deepen social impact through supporting the growth of a spectrum of social startups, businesses and innovations.

Inclusive Impact is a platform for People of Differences to shine with their natural strengths and sportsmanship. They act as coaches in innovative team building workshops for both corporate and non-corporate. Our workshops are short, exciting and impactful. In a matter of a few hours, the workshop ignites participants’ willingness to make bold moves to transform themselves. It is ideal for team-building and retreat purposes, where different themes can be tailored to the specific briefs from the client.

We adopt the Sustainable Development Goals by the United Nations as the project theme. Our program can promote the sense of global citizenship among students, and help students develop their global awareness. Each team is required to pick of one the goals below:

This six-month program will begin in October, 2020. In the coming six months, U-Buddies will engage in two training sessions, and take up the role of group leader grouping with secondary school students, facilitating them in designing innovative social ideas. The program will go to the prototype stage in January, 2021 and presentation stage in April, 2021. The detail is as below :

Team Experience

Experience on Youth Development:

The committees of YE20 are from five institutes in Hong Kong. All of us have participated in volunteering and youth development programs. Thomas, our program leader owns 2,500+ volunteering hours, and engages in different youth organizations, facilitating the teams in executing the projects in the topic of youth development, education and civic education. Other committees have also taken an important role in AIESEC, planning events with social missions. We have served 5000+ students and youth over these years.

Experience on Social Innovation:

Half of our committees have relevant experience in social innovation. Thomas Lam, our program leader has won the champion of a social innovation competition held in CA, United States. He himself is also the co-founder of Inclusive Impact, a training company with experiential training. Michael, our program leader has also taken part in different incubation programs in Hong Kong and started MYhub, a social enterprise providing unconventional occupation experience for underprivileged youth.
