THE RESULT

During the pandemic they required a secure remote working solution for overseas employees and 3rd party support companies that had the ability to scale quickly and give access to both Azure-based and on-premise resources.

As Azure was the existing cloud-based IaaS platform and user licensing was for M365 E5 licenses under an enterprise agreement, Windows Virtual Desktop was the ideal remote working solution. Utilising the existing Azure core infrastructure as the WVD landing zone 848 were able to quickly deploy a full desktop virtualization environment to support key workers.

THE PROBLEM
