Do you know a womanwho works hard and has lit-tle time to care for her per-sonal needs'? Or do youhave a special female pal orfamily member who simplyneeds a change?
How about a makeover?'One local business
hatched an idea to selectone lucky woman to get arefreshed, new look just intime lor the holiday season.
Tribeca Salon, a newupscale hair styling busi-ness on Sanibel, is seekingnominations for makeovercandidates from the com-munity. People interested inparticipating must selectsomeone that they feel willbenefit most from amakeover.
They must write why theperson is deserving of amakeover and send it toTribeca . Salon, 2340Periwinkle Way, Unit H-l,Sanibel, FL 33957.Nominations can also be
delivered in person, saidDomizio Melchiorre, headstylist and owner of ihcsalon located in The VillageShops off Periwinkle Way.
All entries are due byMonday, Dec. 1.
"What we want to do istake an individual whosehair looks tired — the hair-cut- might not be right,"Melchiorre said. "Youwould like to do somethingthat would make their day alittle brighter."
Melchiorre, who oper-ates his hip shop with his
wife and adult children —who, by the, way, are alsostylists — said today's hardeconomic times inspiredhim to design a makeoverfor someone who reallyneeds it. He coordinatedwith nearby shops
to round out themakeover. The winner ofthe makeover will receive acoloring job and haircut atTribeca Salon. The serviceis valued at $115,Melchiorre noted.
Nearby businesses arealso participating in the
makeover event. Massageand Bodywork of SanibelIsland is donating a facialand Nails by Tina will begiving the winner a mani-cure and pedicure.
Why Knot clothiers haveplanned' to give themakeover winner an outfitand Friday's Child, a chil-dren's clothing store, isoffering a 10 percent dis-count on all merchandise.
Melchiorre reasons that amakeover might make adramatic difference insomeone's self-esteem and
overall outlook. This is not the soft-spo-
ken salon owner's first forayinto community support.Though he just opened hisbusiness on Nov. 1, bedonated the proceeds of hisfirst day to the Sanibel-CapLiva Relay for Life.

Q&A with Korean War veteran John Boone

IU"a*
Korean War veteran JohnBoone shares his life duringand after his military serv-ice.
Where did you growup?
Small town north ofDetroit called Royal Oak,Michigan
When did you join themilitary service?
I was in the reserves inmy Senior year of highschool and I was called toactive duty in beginning ofmy second year of college.
What made you decideto enter the military?
All of my friends were inthe Marine Reserves, so.Ijoined them. We made it aparty to go to MarineReserves on Thursdaynights.
We heard you served inKorea. What were someof your experiences inthe war like?
Yes, I served in Korea. Iwas wounded there in thelast big offensive action ofthe war, which took placenorth of the Punch Bowl.
What is your mostpoignant wartimememory while servingin Korea?
The amount of savageryand killing that took placethat was never conveyed tothe people at home.
When you think ofVeterans Day was doesit mean to you?
Seeing the faces of allmy friends that were lostand that I have lost
contact with.
What does it mean tobe an American?
Unfortunately, I think itmeans a lot more than mostof the young Americanswant to give it. One mustremember nothing is everfree. The more sacred some-thing is the more expensiveit is.
How should Americansobserve Veterans Day?
I would like to see morepeople attend the Veteran'sceremonies throughout thecountry so that they caninteract with the veteransand find out what reallyhappened, and get a betterunderstanding of the sacri-fices that were made.
We heard you recentlyreceived a prestigioustitle and medal andwere honored amongother Korean veteransin Korea. Can youshare some of thatexperience? How did itfeel to go back to whatyou remember as awar-torn country morethan a half centuryago?
I was fortunate enough to

have an opportunity to goback to Korea. The Koreanpeople were graciousenough to award me withthe Ambassador for PeaceAward. I was very honoredand humbled to"receive thisaward.
I think that award and thereceiving of it meant moreto me than anything else inmy military life.
It is impossible to conveymy thoughts about the phe-nomenal progress Koreahas made in the past 58years.

I remember it as a blackwar-torn country, withnothing but starvation andpain. Upon my return I wasabsolutely astonished to seea thriving, upTto-date coun-try with people so genuine, loving and caring.
I felt more deeply hum-bled and proud to be part ofthat history that helpedthose people go fromabsolutely nothing to the12th largest economy in theworld.
And the most wonderfulthing is that they realizethat the Korean veteranshelped give them thisopportunity and they areexceptionally grateful andshow it.
What are yourthoughts about thewars and conflicts oftoday, i.e. Iraq?
I have a grandson who isin Iraq now and a day does-n't go by that I don't pray
for his safe keeping. The action of war is the
worst thing men can exe-cute, however some warsare necessary. I just hopethat this present one turnsout to be the thing to do.
Do you think today'syouth understandswhat wars like Koreaare like?
Absolutely not. Thewars today are not foughtthe way the Korean War wasfought. We fought in thecold, the mud and the bloodand lived like rats and werethankful for anything, be it acrust of bread, that remind-ed us of home.
Today, wars are notfought under those condi-tions. Make no mistake, they are painfully devastat-ing and harsh, and leavemen scarred for life. What did you do afteryou left the service?
Finished my collegework at Michigan StateUniversity and got a jobworking for ChryslerMissile Division andrejoined the Marine Corp. -but that's another story.
Do you have any plansto write any books orspeak at veteranengagements?
I don't have any plans towrite a book, but.have hadthe opportunity many timesto speak at many differentveteran and civilian engage-ments.
What are your hobbiesor interests?
My hobbies consist ofskeet and trap shooting. Ialso shoot high-poweredrifle and pistol.
I enjoy shooting bec3useit requires complete andutter concentration and itrelaxes me from any disqui-eting thoughts and memo-ries.
I also help my wife put-tering around in the yardand planting things. I go onmany hunting trips through-out the year and enjoy thatvery much.
What words of wisdomdo you have for living agood, happy lifedespite the unrest in asometimes unstableworld?
Remember, life is a jour-ney not a destination. Donot get too involved in littlethings. One thing war hastaught me is that if you havea warm place to sleep and afull stomach, nbt'much elseis needed.
However, if you arelucky enough to have awonderful wife, that lovesyou, you are way ahead ofthe game.

Balance of Flora, GALT, and gut integrityThat heady title is the
header on an article 1 justread on the importance ofmaintaining gut integrity.(GALT is an acronym forGut Associated LymphoidTissue.) The statement ofpurpose for the articleencapsulates just howimportant the gut is interms of whole bodyhealth. Ancient healerssay that "all disease beginsin the colon." Perhaps wecould also say that allhealth begins in the colon,as we nourish and healthis important tissue.
Parenthetically, (triviaquestion of the week),how much food does theaverage person consumein a lifetime? Answer tofollow below...
We can easily supposethat dysfunction withinthe Gl tract results in typi-cal digestive diseases asgastroesophageal refluxdisease (GERD), inflam-matory bowel disease(IBD), irritable bowel syn-drome (IBS), and evencolorectal cancer. But thepoint the author makes isthat gut issues are related
to many otherc o n d i t i o n si n c l u d i n gf ib romy a i g i a ,chronic fatigue,and an imbal-anced immuno-logic function,creating or con-tributing to awhole range ofproblems likeType I diabetes,Hashimoto thy-roiditis, rheuma-toid arthritis.
As with anyhealth condition, we liketo approach GI healthfrom a holistic perspec-tive. I like to start byeliminating factors thatirritate, like food allergies,non-foods, and stress, andhelp the body compensatewith medications likeantibiotics are required.Antibiotics kill bothfriendly and pathogenicbacteria. Friendly bacte-ria are incredibly impor-tant to the body, as theyaid in the digestion offood, synthesize somevitamins, help produceenergy, modulate immune

system func-tion, assist inepithelial celldifferentiation(to help preventcancer), andkeep pathogenicbacterial fromtaking over.New evidenceshows that thepersistent inter-actions betweenus and ourfriendly bacte-
ria may constantly alterthe immune system.According to the author ofthis article (himself apracticing medical doc-tor), altered GI flora isfound in nearly 15 percentof the population who areaffected by IBS. Theimmune dysfunction ofIBD is influenced by gutflora.
The most common pro-biotic bacteria are bifi-dobacterium (25 percentof adult colonic bacteriaand 95 percent of a breast-fed newborn), lactobacil-lus (broken down by manydifferent strains), and sac-charomyces boulardii, a

yeast product that inhibitsthe growth of pathogens.
I have found that diar-rhea or other gut distresscan often be stopped dra-matically by oral dosingwith saccharomycesboulardii.
He also favors the useof probiotics like fruc-tooiigosaccharides (FOS)that help the bacteriaimplant and grow wherethey belong.
Answer to the triviaquestion: 30 to 60 tons offood. Wow! Hats off andprofuse thanks to farmers!

Island expert and store owner shares sea shell expertise ir
5aSB
V
Anne Joffe is no strangerto these islands, and, if youhave a passion for shelling, chances are you've run intoher once or twice.
Joffe is, among her manyaccomplishments, the presi-dent of the Board ofDirectors for the Bailey-Matthews Shell Museum,an author, past president ofthe Conchologists ofAmerica, past treasurer ofthe American MalacologicalSociety, owner and operatorof She Sells Sea Shells andan experienced shellingexpedition leader who hastraveled all over the world.
"I moved to Sanibel in1973. When I first camedown here on vacation I hadgotten into shelling andwhen I went back toLouisville, Ky., I opened upa little shell shop called SheSells Sea Shells. So I hadthat store first, and then, when 1 decided to movehere a couple of years later,I opened one here. This will
be my 32nd year onSanibel!" she said.
But Joffe isn't just ashelling enthusiast, she'squite interested in shells foranother reason.
"I am also somewhat of ascientist. I have a degree inMicrobiology, so it waspretty easy to go intoMarine Biology fromMicrobiology," Joffe said, adding that she's had a pas-sion for sealife, and espe-cially shells, since she was alittle girl growing up on thebeaches of Boston.
Joffe says that after hervacation to Sanibel, whatmany might call a veritableshelling Mecca, she startedstudying shells and learningmore about them. Her train-ing in biological scienceskicked in and she began toapproach the world of shellsfrom a scientific point ofview.
"But, in order to make aliving, I decided I better gointo business. So I was veryfortunate that my hobby andmy love could also becomemy business!"
"I've always been a
crafty person and I'vealways done things with myhands. I can't draw and Ican't paint, but I can craft,so I've always made things.I can look at things, likeshells, and I can see things Iknow other people don'tsee," Joffe said.
"I've always tried neverto alter the shell. I don'tpaint them, I certainly don'tcut them, I just try to fitthings in," Joffe said, notingthat there is no object orcreature she can't make outof shells kept in their natu-ral forms except one— a dol-phin!
She has also authored acraft book called"Shellcrafting," and, alongwith partners HarlanWittkoff anS S. PeterDance, she is the secretaryand treasurer of "C Shells3," a shell book publishingcompany.
Joffe will put her shellcrafting expertise to gooduse on Nov. 22 as she sharesthe magic of making shellornaments with adults inter-ested in the three hour class.
"Not everybody is manu-
ally dexterous, so you haveto come up with somethingthat's fun but it doesn't mat-ter how they make it, that nomatter what they do, it'sgoing to come out with theirpersonality. There's no rightand there's no wrong."
Joffe will teach thosethat sign up for the classhow to make three kinds ofornamenis: a holidaymouse, an angel and a deco-rative shell.
The cost of the class is$20 and will run from 1 to 4p.m. To sign up for theclass, call the Bailey-Matthews Shell Museum at395-2233.
But in addition to hermany local accomplish-ments, Joffe is also well-traveled, having visited boththe top and bottom of theworld, and almost every-where in between! —
"Last April, I led anexpedition from the muse-um to Cat Island in theBahamas, which is the lastisland out into the Atlantic,on a natural history trip. Wedid fossils, land snails, seashells, flowers, birds, but-

terflies, plants, we did theentire natural history! It wasfabulous. So this programI'm going to do is a power-point show about the tripactually showing what wedid. It's going to be fun!"
Joffe has led shellingexpeditions all over theworld, and on Feb. 4, at 2p.m., she will give a lecturehighlighting the Bailey-Matthews Shell Museum'sfirst annual shelling trip toCat Island in the Bahamas. The cost of the program is
free with paid admission tothe museum.
"Anne was a natural forbecoming involved with themuseum, and it's not only apart of her business, dealingwith seashells, but she alsohas a keen interest in shellsthat transcends the businesspart of her life," said ShellMuseum curator Dr. JoseLeal.
"She understands all theangles of the museum. Sheunderstands that the collec-tion here is not just the stor-age of old shells, but it's anactive, dynamic library ofshells. This is the kind ofstuff that's important tohave in the board leadershipand she has those attributes. This class she's teaching,it's smack dab within thenew image of the museum, which is trying to reach tothe local community, notonly for the educationalgoals of the museum, butalso bringing locals closerto the museum for all kindsof activities," he added.
"I'm very proud to beassociated with this uniqueplace," Joffe said.

pretty; we all wish it was. Days of sunshine, nature, art shows
and ice cream. That's why we're here. But how can a
community run that way? The mechanics behind the scenes
keep it going. Residents and officials at city council meetings
debate the issues. City workers keep the infrastructure
running smoothly. The Island Reporter is the only paper on
Sanibel that keeps this news front and center. It's important
for citizens of Sanibel to keep current on all of the news, pretty
or not. It's where the debate over local policy is reported.
To that end, we have improved The Island Reporter.
It's BIGGER, BETTER and BOLDER. Follow the
community discussion weekly by subscribing today. It's
easy to start. Call our office at 239-472-1587, go to our
web site island-reporter.com, visit us at the Village
Shopping Center at 2340 Periwinkle Way on Sanibel or
fill out the form below and mail it to us.
Welcome to the conversation.
Yes! I want to get The Island Reporter weekly. Enclosed is my check for my subscription.

Getting to know sea stars, the masqueraders of the sea mcro
The Asteriasforbesi (com-mon sea star)first made itselfknown to meshortly aftersunrise as myGrandmotherand I explored aDelaware Baytidal pool. Shepointed to arock with greatenthusiasm butat first all I sawwas a boring brown rock.
Sea stars are masterfulmasqueraders, blending intetheir surroundings belowthe tide line, whether flat-tened to the surface of arock or dock piling or hid-den beneath a blanket ofseaweed. Sea stars areechinoderms (which means"spiny skin"), close cousinsto sand dollars, brittle starsand sea urchins. They areone of the best knownmarine invertebrates, (ani-mals without backbones)There are about 1,800species of sea stars in all ofthe oceans of the world butthe greatest variety is foundin the Indo-Pacific.
Of course one of my first

questions was howdo they breathe? The trusty handlens myG r a n d m o t h e ralways had close athand revealed tiny,finger-like exten-sions of skin grow-ing around the baseof each spine on thetop surface of thecreature. Each ofthese gill-likestructures had cilia,
creating swirling eddies ofwater currents promotingthe exchange of oxygen andcarbon dioxide.
Sea stars have a charac-teristic star-shaped bodymade up of a central diskand multiple radiating arms.At the end of each ray thereis a microscopic eye. Theireyes can't actually viewobjects but sea stars are sen-sitive to touch, light, tem-perature, orientation, andthe status of the wateraround them.
One of the most amazingsea star characteristics is theability to regenerate lostarms, and in some cases, entire bodies. Most speciesneed the central part of the

body intact to be able toregenerate, but a few cangrow an entire sea star froma single ray. This is possi-ble because most of the vitalorgans are located in theirarms.
The specimens we
observed over the course ofthe morning appeared tomove at the pace of a tor-toise. So, it didn't take longfor my eight-year-old senseof curiosity to inquire aboutwhat they would be capableof catching for dinner.
Despite their slow speed, they can be voracious pred-ators and some species canhave detrimental effects oncoral reefs during popula-tion outbreaks.
Most species are gener-alist predators, some eatingbivalves like clams, mus-sels, and oysters or any ani-mal too slow to evade theattack. Some species aredetritivores, eating decom-posed animal and plant mat-ter. Others may consumecoral polyps The sea starcan't see its prey but cansense chemicals released inthe water. Watching a seastar devour a meal is remi-niscent of a scene from ascience fiction flick. Theirmouth is located on theunderside and they have twostomachs.
Crawling onto the clamshell, a sea star attachesitself, using its hundreds of.tiny, tube-shaped feet thatwork like suction cups, andthen it begins to pull. Theydon't give up easily, pullingfor hours, or even days.
The sea star pries open ashell by wearing out theclam's adductor muscle. When the clam gets tired
and opens its shell slightly, the sea star inserts its stom-ach into the opening todevour the organism, itactually liquefies thebivalve and then the meal isabsorbed into the stomachin this "soupy" state.Because of the ability todigest food outside of itsbody, the sea star is able tohunt prey much larger thanits mouth would otherwiseaccommodate.
Sea stars use a water vas-cular system to move. Thecolored dot in the center ofthe body is called themadreporite. This organpumps water in the seastar's body. The pumpingaction creates suction at theend of the hundreds of tubefeet located on the under-side of the arms. The suc-tion of the tube feet is usedfor movement and feeding.
Sea stars are eaten bybottom-dwelling fish andcrabs, as wel/ as by gullswhen they are left exposedby a low tide. Sea starsbreed in the spring, produc-ing millions of eggs.

| STAFF PHOTODee Polland has been coming to Sanibel for 22years. On July 1st, while shelling at Turner Beach, she found a beautiful alphabet cone right at her feetjust as she was coming out of the water. Instead ofkeeping it for herself, she kept it for her boyfriendwho collects alphabet cones, among other treas-ures, and arriving on July 3rd. How generous isthat?

ObituariesKathleen Blase
Familiar island photog-rapher Kathleen Blase ofFort Myers died on Oct. 14,2008 after a three-yearstruggle with ovarian can-cer. She was 68.
When she cameSouthwest Florida in 1973she began to specialize inphotographing local people, landmarks and area lore. Her beach pictures and herability to capture an indi-vidual's personality wereoften magical. Until recent-ly a staff photographer atTimes of the Islands maga-zine, Kathleen also was alsostaff photographer for theIslander at one time andserved the Sanibel-CaptivaChamber of Commerce asstaff photographer andinformation specialist. Shehad a special place in herheart for the barrier islands— very evident in the beau-tiful beachfront weddingphotographs she tookthrough her professionalstudio, Kathleen BlasePhotography.
Dave Nagy, a dispatcherat the Breeze Newspapers, knew Kathleen for years."She was very down-to-earth, but she took such joyin life — she found greatjoy in small things," he said."Just a delightful person tobe around. And conversa-tions always took off fromwhere you were the lasttime you were together, asthough no time had passedat all. Kathleen was such asweet, sweet lady."
And. Anne Mitchellworked with her. "Kathleenwas my friend for morethan 20 years, starting whenshe lived on Sanibel in GulfPines," she said., "She was abreath of fresh air and was
• known by many islandersfor her broad and readysmile."
"When she came in aroom," Anne Bellew added,"her smile would make thewhole place sparkle...everyone who saw or felt itswarmth cou]dn't help butfeel just a little bit better!"
"Even during her ill-ness," Mitchell continued,"she kept an upbeat andpositive attitude. I was soimpressed that she nevercomplained. She made themost of the time she had leftand, even a few months ago,was planning a photo safariin Africa — her third. I amlucky to have known herand will miss her always."
Kathleen is survived byher son, James Blase ofSavannah, Ga.; her daugh-ter, Patricia Beringer, andson-in-law, Peter, and hergrand-daughter, SydneyMay Beringer, all of Tampa,Fla.; and her brother,Richard Allen and his wife,Jo Allen, of Greenville, S.C.

What is hope? The dic-tionary defines hope as adesire of some good, accompanied with anexpectation of obtaining itor a belief that it is obtain-able. As Christians ourhope is the expectation ofthe fulfillment of God'spromises.
Nothing pulls on theheartstrings of hope morestrongly than the loss of aloved one. Each person'sgrief journey is unique, butthere are predictable stagesthat people generally expe-rience.
A person who suffers thedeath of a loved one notonly loses that person butalso the life he or she builtwith that person. They spenttime together, sharedresponsibilities, enjoyedcommon interests and activ-ities, and made plans for thefuture. They had a patternof relying on each other forvital elements that madetheir lives whole.
Our modern way of lifemakes it difficult for us togrieve. Often people arcforced to carry their griefwithin. Well meaningfriends offer sympathyimmediately after the losshas occurred, but from thatpoint on it's implied thatlife should be business as
usual again. In an effort to reach out
to the community and pro-vide an opportunity forthose who have lost a lovedone to experience Christiancommunity, the SanibelCommunity ChurchStephen Ministry team issponsoring a Service ofComfort and Hope. Theservice will be held at thechurch on Sunday, Nov. 16,at 6 p.m. Prayer, music, scripture readings, and ameditation provided byPastor Daryl Donovan willbe accompanied by a timefor sharing memories andfeelings of loss. All mem-bers of the Pastoral staff andthe Stephen Ministry teamwill be in attendance.Refreshments will beserved.
In Stephen Ministry con-gregations, lay -caregivers(called Stephen Ministers)provide one-to-oneChristian care to thebereaved, hospitalized, ter-minally ill, separated, divorced, unemployed, relocated, and others facinga crisis or life challenge.Stephen Ministry helps pas-tors and congregations pro-vide quality caring ministryfor as long as people needit.

A MUST-SEE PLAY, "The Women of Lockerbie" 3dft
If you are an inveteratetheater lover, drop every-thing and get down toNaples to see the superbproduction The NaplesPlayers have on the boardsright now. Get your calen-dar out because, unfortu-nately, the show closes*Saturday night, the 22nd ofNovember. -
The play is "The Womenof Lockerbie" by DeborahBrevoort. And can thatwoman write! This play ofhers has won both theKennedy Center and TheOnassis International PlayWriting awards.
Brevoort's play is sodeeply moving. Staged likea Greek tragedy, there isnothing frothy, pedestrian orbanal in one line of it. Youhave to be prepared to feel, because feel you will. That's exactly what I wantfrom theater, and the wholecast and crew delivered allof that just beautifully.
There are seven people
in the cast, threeplay Americans andthe other four areScottish womenfrom the villageinto which PanAmerican flight103, bombed byterrorists, fell onDec. 21, 1988. Iwas dazzled by howall seven of themrose to the incredi-ble lines the play-wright gave them.
Early in the play each ofthe women of the villagetells of her experience onthat day, and you quicklyknow as an audience mem-ber you will not be spared, you will not be coddled, orpatronized. Instead you willbe moved.
One woman says, "Theroof of our barn caved in.Later, we found 71 bodies.1'
Another says, "Windowswere.broken and, in our liv-ing room, there was achild's, arm and another

child's foot."The , third
reported thesight of"Thousands ofletters floatingfrom the mailcargo on board."
They saytheir lines withsuch compas-sion, you cometo really lovethose threewomen from the
village. But, it is now sevenyears later. There is aMemorial Commemorationceremony and the familiesof the perished have beeninvited to attend. How.aboutthat as a confrontation toyou as you sit in that audi-ence? Woul d yoii havegone, had you been the par-ents of an 18-year-old sonwho died in the crash? Therecovery crew never found asingle shred of his body.
His. two American par-ents, very, very well played
by Tony Otteri and DebiGarnett, have come toLockerbie to reclaim some-thing of their son. MadelineLivingston, is painfullydescribed by her husband.Bill, as someone who can'tquit crying. One of theGreek chorus comments,"She can't or she won't."• Madeline comes on stageand then off, as she roamslhe hills of Lockerbie look-ing for her son. "Even just abone. Do you remember hisjaw, how it jutted out?" Sheis distraught, calls herselfthe Crazy Woman and israging with anger. Shewants revenge. One of theLockerbie woman says,"Loathing is love injured."
Here is a moment whereI want to give the highestaccolades to the director of"The Women of Lockerbie,"Anna Segreto. Her concep-tion of how the play was tobe staged turned out to be soperfect. She uses the threeScottish women as a Greek
chorus. A fourth villager, wonderfully played. byJanina Birtolo, provides thenecessary comic relief. Thechorus circles, and speaks tous. In the highly stylizedset, they move the dramaforward, and they bringhealing to the troubledAmerican couple. The cho-rus speaks the truths of thewhole village and, as theplot unfolds, they confrontwhat needs to be confront-ed. They al so schemeagainst all odds to bringabout what needs to ulti-mately be done to heal theseemingly overwhelminggrief over the deaths of 277people who perished in thebombing and the crash.
Anna Segreto drew elo-quent performances out ofeveryone. I should haveexpected that, because Ideeply admired her direc-tion of another NaplesPlayers production lastyear, Edward Albee's "TheGoat."
My hat's off to you,Anna.
I won't tell you moreabout how the play ends. Ijust want to urge you to gosee it. You will never regretit. It won't be easy, but itwill be transformative. Isn'tthat what good theater is allabout? This play is trulygood theater. I know it willbe one of the finest I willsee all season. I don't saythat lightly. My warmestcongratulations to everyoneat The Naples Players whoworked on it.
I believe "The Women ofLockerbie" will be a sell-out. Call now, or you maymiss it. That would be a ter-rible loss for you. Ticketsare only $20. Call the boxoffice at the Sugden, (239)263-7990, hours, Mondayto Friday, 10-4 andSaturday, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
