Editor’s Message

Valentines Day is one of my favorite holidays because it is all about love! Having love in our lives comes in so many forms—it could be romantic love, love for a child, grandchild, parent, pet, or all of humanity. In pondering love, how empty our lives would be without some type of love in it. Even God tells us in 1 Corinthians 13, ”The Greatest of these is Love,” which describes agape love, or unconditional love for one another. This month read about Michael and Sandra Evan’s love story, and how a simple note started a lifetime together (Page 12) .

I love February in Arizona, as the spring temperatures arrive and there are so many activities to take part in to show your love. This month is the 7th annual WVA Car show on February 27, which is always a fun event. The Fabulous Follies is on February 11 and 12, so mark your calendars for this lively production. See below the details for the Lions Club Pancake Breakfast on Saturday February 26. The Lions Club shows their love for the community by supporting vision and hearing loss programs.

Lori Reiland

On page 26, read about our own WV resident, Deborah Gardner, who is the reigning Mrs. American Queen. She shows her love by advocating to teach adults how to swim. So proud of you Deborah!

There are some great opportunities to hike, golf, go RV’ing, volunteer or whatever you love to do this month. Finally, we LOVE our advertisers, as they make this magazine possible. Please show your love by supporting them and let them know that you saw their ad in WV Living Magazine!

Wishing all of you love in your life,

Lori

As 2021 wound down, the club wound it up in style for the annual Christmas Holiday Luncheon. 87 members were serenaded by Grinches, and treated to a wonderful lunch and delicious homemade cupcakes made by Alex Miller. Toys were collected, and presented to Toys for Kids by AZ Families. They were very grateful and stated it was the largest donation received by an organization! Thanks to all the ladies who made that happen.

New board members for 2022: President, Jane Beckman; VP, Janet Bartelson; Treasurer, Barb Wald; and Secretary, Diane Ramage. There are currently 145 members, with 25 of those joining in 2021. The club plays Tuesdays with pre-determined games.

Your character is what you do when nobody's looking. I would guess we've

all heard that phrase. Character is something so innate that it's hard to define, but it is the source from which self-respect springs. It's the willingness to take responsibility for our own life and actions. Yes, even when nobody's looking.

Whether we realize it or not, we judge others by the content of their character. It helps us to know if we can trust them, rely on them. No matter their accomplishments or status in life, we end up choosing friends and colleagues we can trust due to their character. Not only do we judge others by their character, but we judge ourselves by our own character, whether we realize it or not. Without personal character we will lack self-respect and self-dignity. Why? Even if no one else knows what we do, we know! That's why the quality of our character is so important.

Assuming we want to be people of good character, how do we develop it? Author Douglas Weiss says this: "As we consistently change behavior, our behavior becomes habit. As these habits develop, our character changes."

About Character

Well that sounds simple enough, but then the question becomes, what behaviors should we practice? I have always found the Bible to be a good starting point regarding character. It talks about the “fruit" of the Spirit, those being Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness and Self-control. Hmm. What a list!

One thing we know about fruit: it grows and develops, and sometimes slowly. Likewise, character grows in us–sometimes slowly–as we practice it. I challenge every one of us to pick a 'fruit' or two and grow it in our life. Think about which of these traits you may need to grow and nurture. Then practice, practice, practice.

May the garden of our personal character grow abundantly!

It’s Time Again - Let’s Go Explore! On Saturday November 13, 2021, with rigs gassed up, members of the Westbrook Village Roadrunners Club headed north for five fun-filled days exploring Zion National Park. This time of year the typically packed-out park located a short 435 miles northwest of Phoenix is waiting for the last of the campers, hikers and explorers to witness its wonders.

With highs in the low 70’s and low’s in the 40’s, hiking during the day was enjoyed in perfect weather and each night was celebrated around a campfire, enjoying food and telling and retelling stories of the day’s adventures.

The WV Roadrunners Club has a very full and active winter season of road rallies planned, so any RV’er who would like to explore the wonders of the southwest, while making great friends, should definitely consider joining this friendly group.

The club meets once per month during the season, breaking for the summer and then back to monthly meetings once again in the fall. In a typical season, there are 4 or 5 events that would surely appeal to most every taste and activity level.

RANDY WEILAND

VIETNAM WAR MEMORIES

Randy Weiland was excited to fulfill his dream and sign up for the U.S. Coast Guard in 1961. As a Fire Control Technician Petty Officer 3rd Class, he served in Alaska, the Bering Sea, Hawaii and many parts of the Pacific Ocean. He attended Fire Control Technician School in the Navy in San Diego.

Randy participated in search and rescue missions to protect the U.S. 3-mile fishing limit in the Aleutian Island chain from foreign ships stealing fish. Later, his crew also conducted weather patrols in middle of Pacific Ocean in the days before satellite help became a mainstay. “Our ship, which was based in Honolulu, used weather balloons and professional weathermen on the ship to help guide us during patrolling,” explained Randy. They would take R&R breaks in Japan, and then head back out to sea for a month at a time.

The most challenging aspect of his experience was while on the Bering Sea, where search and rescue was conducted in spite of extremely volatile weather and encountering many foreign ships. Randy adds, “My love for the Coast Guard has followed me throughout my life. I loved being a Coast Guardsman.”

A Veterans Club board member, Randy also wrote and recorded the anthem “Veterans of Westbrook USA,” and performed the song at the Veterans Club Gala this past November. Randy has been married to his wife, Phyllis, for 55 years, and the couple has lived at WV since August 2018.

We honor you, and thank you for your service to our country, Randy Weiland! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★

Left: Lovebirds Sandra and Michael (2021) have fun sharing their story Right: Michael's note (2005) on a napkin

Once upon a time, a woman was reading the newspaper in McDonald’s when a man walked up and handed her a note. The

note, written on a McDonald’s napkin, changed both of their lives forever.

In June 2005, it was Sandra Taylor, a widow, who was sitting in McDonald’s and she never looked up so had no idea who the man was. The next week, Michael Evans walked up to her table at McDonald’s and ask if he could sit down. Sandra and Michael began dating and quickly decided they were a match made in heaven because neither of them wanted to remarry.

But remember, this is a fairy tale and the note on a napkin changed their lives forever. So yes, eight months later, Sandra and Michael married on Valentine’s Day and lived happily ever after in Westbrook Village!

fun Valentine’s Day Trivia:• Valentine's Day is the second most popular day of the year for sending cards. Christmas is the first most

popular.

• Worldwide, over 50 million roses are given for Valentine's Day each year.

• About 1 billion Valentine’s Day cards are exchanged each year.

• Richard Cadbury invented the first Valentine’s Day candy box in the late 1800s.

• Almost half of yearly marriage proposals occur on Valentine’s Day.

• The man, Valentine, was sent to jail for performing weddings for couples during a time when new marriages were outlawed in ancient Rome.

• The Feast of Saint Valentine, also known as Saint Valentine's Day, was established by Pope Gelasius I in AD 496 to be celebrated on February 14 in honor of the Christian martyr.

• Before he was martyred around 270 A.D., Valentine wrote a last note from prison to encourage a friend to stay close to Jesus and to thank her for being his friend. He signed the note: “From your Valentine.” That note inspired people to begin writing their own loving messages to people on Valentine’s Feast Day, February 14, the day he was martyred.

WVA Treasurer’s ReportFor the month ended November 30, 2021

The following figures are subject to audit. However they fairly represent the approximate financial condition of the Association at month end.

GENERAL OPERATING FUND (Funds designated for day-to-day operations.)

Cash and CD’s on hand at the end of November was $1.6 million. For the full year 2021 we are forecasting total revenue of $2.84 million, of which approximately $2.57 million will come from homeowner annual assessments. Budgeted expenses forecast for 2021 are $2.75 million with an additional $95,000 expected to transfer to our Reserve Fund. Through November our revenue is on track to meet forecast total of $2.84 million. Expenses are also favorable to forecast with payroll and employee benefits less than budget. This is a result of continued employee vacancies. Actual Operating Fund revenue and expenses through November point to a final year 2021 surplus.

REPLACEMENT RESERVE FUND (Funds for major repairs / replacements / improvements)

Cash and CD’s on hand at the end of November was $3.8 million. In 2021 we are forecasting revenue of $876,000. Revenue comes primarily from new homeowner preservation fees and $95,000 transferred from the Operating Fund. Through November, we have now exceeded our full year budgeted revenue. Total revenues year to date are $1,012,000. Home sales have been greater than expected allowing us to exceed our budgeted revenue for the year. Reserve fund expenditures budgeted for 2021 is $952,000. Through November, we have spent $438,000 of Reserve Fund cash on projects including wall repairs, irrigation system and sports court renovation.

These financials will be on file at the WVA Administration Office after noon on Thursday Jan 6, 2022 and may be reviewed by Association members. Please call 623.561.0099 for an appointment.

With a New Year upon us, I look across our city with exceptional pride at all that we have accomplished. While the last two years brought unprecedented challenges, Peoria remains known for our exceptional quality of life and we continue to receive statewide and national recognition as one of the best places to live, work, and play.

The City of Peoria was recently recognized as one of the most fiscally sound cities in the Valley, receiving a AAA bond rating, the highest rating available, and I am thrilled that Peoria is recognized for its strong financial and economic performance. Peoria’s discipline in adhering to its Principles of Sound Financial Management assures transparency, protection, and oversight. This rating is a great value to Peoria residents, as it allows us to leverage superior financial terms as we provide the infrastructure and amenities that make our city great.

This standard of excellence and transparency will carry several key projects forward.

Peoria is known for beautiful parks, a well-designed and maintained roadway network, quality public facilities, and water reliability. These amenities are made possible in part by general obligation bonds, which provide our city with a way to fund important infrastructure projects, while spreading the costs throughout the generations that will utilize them. It has been 14 years since the City of Peoria asked for bond authority and during that time we have utilized these dollars very judiciously.

Although the drought and conditions on the Colorado River are serious, the City of Peoria has long prepared for these conditions by creating a robust, diverse, and resilient water portfolio. While Arizona cities do not have the authority to stop growth, Peoria’s forward thinking leadership and water policies have positioned us well to assure a safe and reliable water future. This year, we will continue the important expansion to Peoria’s reclaimed water system, increasing our use of recycled water and Peoria’s renewable water portfolio.

Public safety is a vital aspect of our quality of life. Peoria City Council has always been strong supporters of our Police and Fire-Medical Departments and over the past year has approved several necessary positions and resources to ensure these departments continue to receive the support they need to serve our maturing and growing city. This year, we look forward to welcoming increased personnel, an additional ambulance, and the implementation of advanced technology that will help Peoria’s first responders serve and protect.

The City of Peoria belongs to its residents. I remain as committed as ever to advancing our community for the benefit of Peoria families.

I hope that you will join me in shaping the future of our city by sharing your thoughts, ideas, and opinions. Share your comments at [email protected], or stay connected with me on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Together we will secure a strong future for Peoria.

Tony, when did you move to WV and how long have you been a member of the Fine Arts Club?

I moved to Westbrook Village in 1993, and I have been a member of the WV Fine Arts Club for about 5 years.

What do you most enjoy about being part of the Fine Arts Club?

I enjoy comradeship with other painters and others engaged in artistic abilities. In addition, every year we have the annual March Art Show, and this allows all of us the opportunity to display our works of art.

What other art organizations are/have you been affiliated with?

The WV Fine Arts Club is the first Visual Art organization I have been affiliated with. However, I also enjoy singing, and I belong to a large choral group called Sounds of the Southwest Singers. We perform various genres, such as religious, patriotic, secular, classical, Broadway and pop musicals. We have performed several times at Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center in New York, Italy, Hawaii, and more.

When did you get involved doing fine art and currently what is your primary medium(s) used?

I have always loved the artistic design but really became engaged with my oil paintings about 5 years ago. Kelby Love was a featured artist and was giving a demonstration at the WV Fine Arts Club. I took a strong interest in his work and subsequently met him and took art lessons directly from him for several years until his passing on October 3, 2018. Since then I have dedicated my free time to learning, improving and producing artistic works, primarily in oil and specializing in animal paintings.

What are 3 of your biggest artistic-related achievement(s)? (e.g. art degree, awards, gallery shows, other types of artistic skills)

I spend most of my time in oil painting. I also sing with the large choral group mentioned above and have published two books: Unmitigated Justice, a murder mystery and Just Another Day In the FBI, a biographical account of my experiences working 28 years for the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Helping You Finance Your WBV Home. The annual Can-Am Golf

Tournament, held every year in March at one of the Westbrook golf courses, started way back in 1980’s. Ina Guild and Angus Walker, a couple of Westbrook snowbirds, started the event as a special ‘Thank You’ to the Americans for welcoming Canadians into this special community.

When Angus passed away, the event was named The Angus Walker Memorial Can-Am Tournament, and the official tournament began! Known now as the Can-Am Tournament, the traditions, the camaraderie, and the friendly rivalry continues on. Since 1986, the Canadians have captured the title 21 times; the Americans have won 11 times and there have been 2 ties. The event was rained out in 2004 and, of course, we were unable to hold the tournament in March of this year due to COVID restrictions.

The 2022 Can-Am will be held at the Lakes golf course on March 20, and is organized by this year’s Co-Chairs Elaine Schewaga and Sandy Drinnan, who are excited to bring back the friendship and the traditions that have made this such a great event!

2022 Can-Am Golf Tournament

If you are walking down the sidewalk at WV and see a resident sporting a blond ponytail, biking along behind her rollerblading husband with their large fast running dog, Bear, you may have seen Deborah Gardner. Not one to brag on herself, one would not maybe know that she has led a lifelong devotion to teaching adults to swim. Furthermore, she was just crowned Mrs. American Queen 2021/2022!

Last January, WV Living Magazine featured Deborah as the winner of the Mrs. Arizona contest, and highlighted her win and told her story. This year as a follow-up, the great news of her win as Mrs. American Queen for 2021-2022 finds Mrs. Gardner jet-setting around the U.S. to 24 appearances throughout!

The pageant was filmed both virtually and in person in Las Vegas a few months ago, and Deborah represented the state of Arizona on a platform that included her “Teaching Adults to Swim” mission. “Throughout my life as a competitive swimmer/master swimmer, I have found many adults who never learned to swim, and so it became a very important mission for me early on,” says Deborah.

Congratulations, Deborah! The Westbrook Village community is proud, knowing you represent us and this state as Mrs. American Queen!

Max W. AllenI was born and brought up in Bangor, ME. I graduated from the Univ. of Conn. College of Pharmacy in 1962. I owned Pharmacies until 1986, when I sold the businesses. We moved to Oklahoma in 1987 for employment opportunities. On Labor Day weekend 2007, Froma and I moved to

Westbrook Village and began our retirement.

I have always tried to give back, whether to my community, profession, or synagogue. I have participated by serving on boards in many organizations, taking on responsibility of leadership at all levels. These included, American Society of Consultant Pharmacists (founding member), Maine Pharmacy Association, synagogue boards in both Maine and Oklahoma. Locally, I have served as President of the Westbrook Village Players for the past 8 years. I am a member of the Performing Arts Council and served as their representative to the Recreation Committee for 6 years, before resigning to serve as Chairman of the Rec. Committee this past year. I have served as a Director on the WV HOA Board of Directors for the past 4 years, during which time we enabled the remodeling of the Lakes Ballroom and Pool. Now we are looking at the additional Recreation Center updates and the Vistas pool remodel.

I am asking you to re-elect me to the Board of Directors to enable me to continue to contribute my knowledge and experience to help WV continue to modernize and improve to remain the hidden jewel everyone says it is. Thank you.

Gary L. Harmann I was born September 30, 1948 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. My parents moved to Phoenix when I was 6 months old.

• Christ Church Lutheran Grade School, in Phoenix

• Arcadia High School in Phoenix, 1962 to 1966

• Brigham Young University, in Provo, Utah, 1966 to 1970

From 1971-2019. My first eight years I worked with my tools as a carpenter. The last 40 years of my career was spent as a Commercial Building Superintendent. I have been involved in building: churches; schools; hotels/motels; police stations; governmental buildings, and Spring Training Facilities here in Peoria, Goodyear, and Scottsdale.

I have been married to my wife, Maria, for 51 years. We have 2 boys and 8 grandchildren spread out throughout the southwest.

Maria and I have lived in WBV for 9 years. I have been a member of the Board of Directors for the last two years. I am currently on the Ways and Means Committee and the Long Range Planning Committee (LRP). As part of the LRP, I am an ad hoc member working with the Space Assessment Designer currently involved in assessing the WVA recreation facilities for more efficient usage and the possibility of adding new buildings at the Lakes and Vistas Recreation Centers. I am excited and looking forward to be involved with the actual construction of the final projects.

Jerry JohnsonI am excited to announce my candidacy for a position on the WVA Board of Directors. I am looking forward to working harmoniously with the other board members and volunteers to continuously make Westbrook Village a distinguished place to live.

For those of you who do not know me, my wife and I have lived in WV 21 years and have been extraordinarily involved the community.

Board members must know how to plan and understand the budget, manage the association finances, deal with disputes, discuss, and to carry out ideas and listen to the residents.

I believe my background in management, consistency, fair play, honesty, openness, and willingness to dig in are but a few of my requirements for a board member.

I have also served on the board of directors and committees in the past and currently serve on the Architectural Control Committee. In addition, I serve as chair for the Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities Board for the City of Peoria, as well as serve on the Bond Advisory Board.

These are my goals for the community:

• Promote WV as a premier active adult community

• Maintaining judicious fees and property values

• Be an effective board member by being creative, motivational, and transparent

• Get things done on time and within budget

If you believe in my goals, please cast your vote(s) for me in the upcoming board of directors’ election.

Meet the Board of Director Candidates

Kim Mraz I am originally from upstate NY and have lived in Arizona for over 12 years. I am a proud wife, mother and grandmother. My husband and I moved to Westbrook Village as full-time residents in order to be closer to family and found an amazing community. We LOVE it here!

When I started my family, I focused on raising my children. I became PTA president and an active member of the School Board. I had a prestigious career with Paper Crafts Magazine, which was the largest international paper crafting magazine. During editorial board meetings, I was essential to publication planning and content. After seven years, I decided to start my own company called Paper Smooches. I created a product that I sold to hundreds of stores and it became a huge international success! I handled all innovation, marketing, sales and finances. My determination and hard work allowed me to retire after nine years.

Since my retirement, I have become an active member within the Westbrook community. I participate in Aqua Zumba/Bootcamp, Baby Boomers, Bunco, Desert Dancers, Fine Arts, Glass Arts, Golf, Pottery, Tai Chi, Veterans Club, Wine Club and will be performing in the 2022 Follies.

I am dependable, driven, determined, candid and honest and do not fear judgment. My primary role has always been to fully represent those who have put their faith in me. You will receive an inclusive approach to the Board of Directors when you elect me.

Thank you for the opportunity to serve you.

Pickleball Club Letter

Dear Westbrook Village Living Magazine, In December, the WV Pickleball Club spread love via the 2nd annual Spreading Christmas Caroling Magic through the community. Carolers ranging from 3 to 91 years old handed out roses to the ladies and cheered folks with song. It was uplifting to all. A beautiful line of twelve holiday decorated golf carts, folks dress in Christmas hats and scarves, and lights and the music being played paraded from one house to the next in a perfect queue. We also had 2 awesome e-bike riders bringing up the rear!

From Jdee Birkeland and Dianne Doerschel

Ben Hogan, one of the best ball strikers of all time, is famous for saying, “Golf is not a game of good shots, it’s a game of bad shots,” and “a good round of golf is if you can hit about three shots that turn out exactly as you planned them.”

Managing that expectation is at the heart of how to effectively manage your golf game.

Here is an example, using the most challenging hole at Westbrook Village. On the eighteenth hole at the Lakes, you will face the tee with water on the right and out of bounds on the left. There is 90 yards from the water to the out of bounds, which is a space wider than either driving range. Aiming down the left edge of the fairway gives you the most room to the left and most room to the right for when you inevitably hit the ball left or right of where you aim. That entire space isn’t all fairway, but it allows you to hit your ball again without fishing it out of the water first.

On your next shot, you will likely have to decide what to do about the palm trees on the corner. If you aren’t too close to the palm

trees, and you can very reliably hit the ball high enough to get over the trees, the strategy is very simple. If you can’t reliably hit the ball high, you shouldn’t just hope for the best and try to hit over the trees. Instead, you should be managing your expectations and looking far enough to left to take the trees and the water completely out of play. This is true even if that means you will have to lay up on your next shot.

Once you are in range to hit the ball on the green, you are faced with a forced carry over the water. Take enough club where even a mis-hit will get over the water. I promise that putting from the back fringe is much more fun than trying to hit the ball over the water again.

If you find your rounds getting de-railed by a few bad holes every time you play, the first place to look should be your expectations. If you can manage your expectations, course strategy is much more straight forward. The examples above can help you lower your scores without having to change anything in your swing. It is much easier to turn an 8 into a 6 compared to making two more birdies every round, and your lower final score won’t care how you get there.

Managing Expectations is the Key to Shooting Lower Scores

On January 20, 2022, Bob Carneiro was sworn in as the new Commander for the WV Posse. Welcome, Bob! Please stop in to say hello to the Bob at the Posse office.

The Posse is now entering its 23rd year of service to the WV Community. Each year in early February, the Posse asks for monetary support. Donations are accepted anytime and greatly appreciated. The funds are used to keep patrol car gas tanks full, oil changes, tires and brakes and all the expenses to keep the cars in top shape. The oldest car with 100,000 miles will be sold in April and the Posse will replace it with a hybrid to save on gas costs. Donated funds are also used to run the office with computers, telephone, insurance and office supplies. The office space is donated by the WV Board.

Last year, when WV buildings were closed, many of our dispatch crew worked from their homes, and the patrol officers worked out of the Commander’s garage. Through it all, only one shift was missed.

Please contact the Posse office to update contact information, including local key holder info, emergency contact and out-of-town address. This will be used to keep the Posse database up to date. It is only shared with Police and Fire in case of an emergency.

Show support for the Posse by displaying the 2022 bumper sticker now available in

the office.

Consider volunteering five hours a week; uniforms and training are provided!

Window’s World had its first Workshop last month and it was a great success. The next Workshop will be on Tuesday, February 8th @ 1:30 in the Computer Lab at the Lakes Rec Center. In this session John will be discussing File Explorer and Windows file conventions. This is a great new workshop to learn more about Windows.

All Workshops are available free of charge to active Technology Club members. Membership signup will be available prior to each workshop or anytime at the Lakes Rec Center front desk. Once again, membership dues are only $20 a year. Membership also gives you access to the Computer Lab, Club Wifi, VR Services, Digital Media transfer services and many other services as they are activated. You can join by stopping by the Lakes Rec Center front desk and fill out a membership form and turn it in with your dues.

Please be aware, the Technology Club is a group collective of tech users, aficionados, and self-proclaimed experts that are here to learn from each other and advance our knowledge and proficiency.

We are NOT a tech-support organization and cannot provide specific tech support, setup assistance or in-home device support.

If you are in need of any of these services, you can reach out to companies such as the Geek Squad or Data Doctors for trouble-shooting and technical support. Don’t forget to look to your product manufacturer, service provider or insurance/warranty company for available service they may provide to you free of charge.

Welcome to the Westbrook Village Technology Club

You may have noticed the slight change in our name. Technology is a much better representation of what this club is about than simply Computers. So much of our lives are being changed by technology and that’s what we are here for; to share our collective knowledge and information so that we all can be better equipped to navigate new technologies. Join us for the ride!

Tech Talk will be on Thursday February 3rd at 7:00 pm in the FALC Building which is next to the Vistas Rec Center.

Last month we discussed Home Security. This month, we will be taking a look at Smart Homes. There are many inexpensive and easy to use devices and services you can use to make your home safer, easier to interact with and much more convenient. Home automation, voice-controlled lights and remote access to everything from cameras, door locks and thermostats can all be done with Smart Home Technology. Come and learn even more.

This Talk is open to all residents of Westbrook Village. Active Club members are eligible to receive door prizes when they attend, and you can join during the event. Membership dues are only $20 for the entire 2022 calendar year.

Join Us For A Workshop!

February’s Apple Talk Workshop will be on February 10th at 7:00 pm in the Computer Lab at the Lakes Rec Center and continuing the 2nd Thursday of the month. Chad covers all things relating to Apple including iPhones,

iPads, iMac, and even iCloud and iHome.

Google Gaggle takes place on the 4th Thursday of every month. Our next Workshop is February 24th at 7:00 pm in the Computer Lab at the Lakes Rec Center. Chad will be discussing all things Google. We talk about phones, tablets, computers and even TVs that all use Google software or Android. We also discuss smart software, smart home and smart vehicle technology.
