This is to certify that there is no other alternative route to avoid the forest area. The total forest

area involved in the proposal is 45.1009 Hectare (14.2842 in Asifabad, 13.7853 in

Bellampally and 17.0314Ha in Peddapalli Forest Division) which includes forest in patches.

Since all the alternate routes crosses the forest patch along Telangana state, hence the forest

area cannot be avoided. The opted route is the best one.

This is to certify that forest area involved in the proposal (construction of 765kV D/C Warora Pool - Warangal (New) Transmission Line) is unavoidable and barest minimum i.e. 45.1009 Hectare of forest area (14.2842 in Asifabad, 13.7853 in Bellampally and 17.0314Ha in Peddapalli Forest Division).

UNDERTAKING IN RESPECT OF COMPENSATORY AFFORESTATION

This is to certify that the cost of raising & maintaining of compensatory afforestation on double

degraded forest land and/or penal compensatory afforestation as well as cost for protection

and regeneration of Safety zone etc. as per the scheme prepared by the state Government shall be borne at the cost of Warora KurnoolTransmission Limited against 45.1009 Hectare

of forest land passing through Asifabad, Bellampally and Pedapally Forest Division of

Telangana State.





UNDERTAKING IN RESPECT OF NPV

This is to certify that the Net Present Value of 45.1009 Hectare forest land in Asifabad, Bellampally and Pedapally Division being diverted for non-forest purpose (construction of

765kV D/C Worora Pool - Warangal (New) Transmission Line) under forest Conservation Act, 1980 shall be realized by Warora Kurnool Transmission Limited depending upon the quality

of forest, density and the type of species in the area as per ministry of Environment & Forest, Govt. of India.





UNDERTAKING IN RESPECT OF ADDITIONAL NPV

We, Warora Kurnool Transmission Limited hereby agrees and undertake to Pay the additional

Net Present Value as decided at a later date as per the decision of the Supreme Court and

abide by any conditions/changes imposed by MOE&F Govt. of India, against 45.1009 Hectare forest land in Asifabad, Bellampally and Pedapally Forest Division being diverted

for non-forest purpose (construction of 765kV D/C Warora Pool - Warangal (New) Transmission Line).





UNDERTAKING IN RESPECT OF FRA CERTIFICATE

We, Warora Kurnool Transmission Limited hereby undertake to provide the FRA Certificate

for the settlement of rights under Schedule Tribes and other Traditional Forest Dwellers

(Recognition of Forest Rights) Act, 2006 in the format of Form I as prescribed by Ministry of

Environment and Forest under reference to its letter no FC-11-9/98FC dated 15th January

2014 data for 765kV D/C Warora Pool - Warangal (New) Transmission Line passing through 45.1009 Hectare forest land under Asifabad, Bellampally and Pedapally Forest Division.





ENVIRONMENT CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE

Environment Clearance Certificate under Environment Protection Act, 2006 is not required for Transmission Line Projects.





UNDERTAKING FOR REHABILITATION OF AFFECTED PERSONS

This is to certify that no person has to be rehabilitated due to the construction of 765kV D/C Warora Pool - Warangal (New) Transmission Line.





UNDERTAKING FOR NON VOILATION OF FOREST CONSERVATION ACT 1980

This is to certify that Warora Kurnool Transmission Limited (WKTL) have not violated Forest

Conservation Act 1980 or guidelines of Ministry of Environment Forest & Wildlife .in the course of construction of 765kV D/C Warora Pool - Warangal (New) Transmission Line.





CERTIFICATE REGARDING PROJECT LYING OUTSIDE PROTECTED AREA

This is to certify that the 765kV D/C Warora Pool - Warangal (New) Transmission Line being

executed by Warora Kurnool Transmission Limited does not lie within the protected area and

neither in its Eco Sensitive zone, though it passes through the tiger corridor in between Kawal

Tiger reserve (Telangana State) and Taboda Tiger Reserve (Maharashtra State) as declared by State government, NTCA and MoEF&CC.

This is to certify that there is no Protected/ Archeological/ Heritage Site and any other

important monument located near to our 765kV D/C Warora pool - Warangal (New) Transmission Line.
