This is indeeda significant as it underlines the fact thatresearch and knowledge in the field of reproductive medicine develops at such a rapid andsignificantpace thatwemustkeepcontinuallyabreastwith thenewestdevelopments lestwe fallbehind.Hencetheneedforthiscongresstobeheldannually.ThesecondreasonisthatthisisthefirsttimethatMalaysiawillbeyourhosts.Wearemosthonoredat being accorded this privilege. TERMSANDCONDITIONSThesetermsarethecontractualagreementbetweentheOrganizerandtheExhibiting/SupportingFirm(Exhibitor/s/Supporter/s).

ApplicationtoParticipateApplication to participate will be considered only if submitted on theappropriateforms,dulycompleted.Registrationwillbeconfirmedinsofaras space is available. Applicants will be informed in writing of theacceptanceorrefusaloftheirapplication.Incaseofrefusal,allpaymentsshallbefullyrefunded.IncaseofacceptanceSupporters/Exhibitorwillbebound by the Terms and Conditions listed in the prospectus and/orcontractualagreement.ObligationsandRightsoftheExhibitor/SupporterRegistration implies full acceptance by the Exhibitors/Supporters of theexhibition / support regulations. Any infringement of these regulationsmay lead to immediate withdrawal of the right to participate in theCongress without compensation or refund of sums already paid, andwithoutprejudicetotheExhibitor/Supporter.By submitting an application to participate, the Exhibitor / Supportermake a final and irrevocable commitment to occupy the space /itemsallocatedandtomaintainhis/herinstallationuntilthedateandtimefixedforclosureoftheevent.TheExhibitor/Supporterrmayonlypresentonhis/herstandorspacethematerials,productsorservicesdescribedintheapplicationtoparticipate.Noadvertisingonbehalfoffirmsnotexhibiting ispermittedinanyformwhatsoever.Transferorsub-lettingofallorpartoftheallocatedspacesisprohibited.ObligationandRightsofOrganiserThe Organiser undertakes to allocate exhibition space/support itemsspace as far as possible on the basis of the preference expressed byapplicants. Application will be considered in order of receipt ofapplicationformsaccompaniedbypayment.TheOrganiserreservestheright,incaseofabsolutenecessity,tomodifythepositioningofstands,withnoobligationtoprovidecompensationtoExhibitors/ Supporters. The Organiser reserves the right to offer to adifferent firm any stand, space or support item that has not beenoccupiedbytheeventoftheopeningoftheCongress,withnoobligationtoprovidecompensationtothedefaultingExhibitor/Supporter.LiabilityInsuranceEquipment and all related display materials installed by Exhibitors /SupportersarenotinsuredbytheOrganiser,andtheOrganiserundernocircumstanceswillbeliableforanyloss,damageordestructioncausedtoequipment, goodsorpropertybelonging toExhibitors /Supporters.TheExhibitor/Supporteragreestoberesponsibleforhispropertyandpersonandforthepropertyandpersonsofhisemployeesandagentsandforanythird partywhomay visit his space. The Exhibitor/ Supporter shall holdharmlesstheOrganiserfromanyandalldamages/claimsincludingthoseusuallycoveredbyafireandextended–coveragepolicy.TheSupporter/Exhibitorwillpurchaseinsurancepoliciesfortheabovelisteddamages.ExhibitionRegulationsThe Exhibition Manager, acting under direction of the OrganisingCommittee, has the final decision as to the acceptability of displays.ExhibitorsarenottosharewithothersanyspaceallottedtothemwithoutpriorwrittenconsentbytheExhibitionManager.TheOrganiser reserves the right to alter the general layout or limit thespaceallotted toeachExhibitor /Supporter,postpone theexhibitionortransfer it to another site if unforeseen circumstances warrant suchaction.Shouldanycontingencypreventtheholdingoftheexhibition,theOrganiserwillnotbeheldliableforexpensesincurredotherthanthecostofexhibitspacerentalfees.

All exhibits are to be displayed so as to avoid blocking aisles, obstructingadjoining booths, damaging the premises or the leased equipment.Exhibitorsarekindlyrequestedtoallowsufficientsee-throughareas,whichensureclearviewsofsurroundingexhibits.Instandardbooths,heightisrestrictedto246cm.Exhibitorsareresponsiblefor the cost and execution of the design, installation and delivery of theirdisplayto(anditsremovalfrom)theexhibitionsite.Flammable materials are not to be used. Equipment displayed ordemonstratedmustbeinstalledwithstrictadherencetosafetymeasures.Exhibitorsundertaketoobservethetimetabledesignatedforcompletionoftheirdisplaybeforetheexhibitionopeninganditsdismantlingatthecloseofthe exhibition. No dismantling or packing of the display before thedesignated hour. It is the Exhibitor’s responsibility to pack and remove orconsign for shipment all items of value prior to leaving their exhibitunattended, otherwise theOrganiserwill arrange for their removal at theExhibitor’sriskandexpenses.Exhibitors are obliged to ensure that their stands are permanently staffedduringtheexhibitionopeninghours.Paymentistobemadeinaccordancewiththeconditionsofpaymentlistedintheprospectus.Should the Exhibitor / Supporter fail to make a payment on time, theOrganiser is entitled to terminate the contract, withdraw confirmation ofacceptance,makeotherarrangementsforthestand/supportitemsorseekcompensationfornon-fulfilmentofcontract.ParticipationbyExhibitors/Supporters isdependentuponcompliancewithallrules,regulationsandconditionsstatedherein.AccesstotheexhibitionisauthorizedonpresentationofabadgeissuedbytheOrganiser.Exhibitors’badgeswillnotbemailedinadvanceandmaybecollectedfromtheExhibitionManager’sdesk.TheOrganiser ensuresdaily cleaningof theaisles. Exhibitors / Supportersareresponsibleforthecleaningoftheirstands.The provision of refreshments for the participants by Exhibitors is onlypermittedifthecateringregulationsoftheexhibitionbuildingconcernedareobserved.Exhibition areas and fittingsmade available to Exhibitorsmust be handedback in their original condition. In case of damage or loss of equipmentprovided, or damage to areas occupied, repair and replacement will bechargedtotheExhibitor.Any special decoration or fittings must be submitted to the Organiser forpriorauthorization.Advertising panels and display are not permitted outside the exhibitionareasallottedtoExhibitors.The Organiser will not approve stands, which do not comply with theacceptedstandards,untilthenecessarychangeshavebeenmade.CodeofPracticeIt is the Exhibitor’s / Supporter’s responsibility to comply with the localauthority’s regulations, EFPIA (European Federation of PharmaceuticalsIndustries & Associations) www.efpia.org and IFMPA (InternationalFederation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers & Associations)www.ifpma.orgCodeofPracticeonthePromotionofMedicines.Failuretocomplywiththeseregulationsmaynotbeusedasagroundtodeclarethecontract void. Failure to comply with the Rules and Regulations will notexposetheOrganisertoanysuits,demandsbytheSupporter/Exhibitor/anythirdparty.
