Business Process Procedure Overview

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) is an Islamic bank based in Abu Dhabi city, in the United Arab Emirates.

The supplier(s) are required to complete all parts of this supplier profile questionnaire registration process.

Information supplied in reply to the profile questionnaire must be accurate, unambiguous and confidential to the company providing it and ADIB.

ADIB is under no obligation to pre-qualify any applicant or to give reasons for acceptance or rejection

1. Supplier Login Registration Screen

1.1. Register Now (For new Suppliers)

The URL to register with ADIB will be published on the corporate website.

ADIB Supplier Registration link: https://adib.supplier-eu.ariba.com/

Once the supplier clicks on the link, supplier will be navigated to the SAP Ariba Supplier Login screen.

Note: Suppliers who are already registered in Ariba cloud network can login with their existing credentials

1.2. Supplier Basic Information

Supplier needs to enter the basic company information in the Ariba registration screen. The fields

followed by an asterix (*) are mandatory.

1. Company Name: Test Organization 2. Country: United Arab Emirates [ARE] 3. Address: Building 1, Level 14 4. Postal Code: 74777 5. City: Dubai 6. State: Dubai

1.3. Enter User Account Information

Supplier needs to maintain their account information in the next section. 1. Name: Test Supplier 2. Email: test.supplier@abc.com 3. Use my email as my username: If the Check box was checked by default Ariba system takes the email address as username. If the supplier wants to change the username, uncheck the checkbox. 4. Password: (Must contain a minimum 8 characters including letters and numbers). 5. Language: By default, it will be chosen as English. 6. Email Orders to - Customers may send you orders through Ariba Network. To send orders to multiple contacts in your organization, create a distribution list and enter the email address here. You can change this anytime.

In the Ariba supplier registration screen, if the service category was not listed just click on the browse option highlighted below

Once you click on ‘Browse’, it will take you to the product category section which has a standard search criterion in Ariba.

Select the appropriate service category and to add it in the service category, just click on the add button as highlighted below.

The supplier can add as many service categories from the standard Ariba list.

1.5. Submit User Account information

Terms & Condition: Once all the details are entered, select the check box ‘I have read and agree to

the Terms of use and the Ariba privacy statement’ and click “Register” to activate your account via

email

1.6. Activate your Account

After submission an email will be sent to your email address (which you mentioned in the User account information) to activate your Ariba account in Ariba commerce cloud.

1.7. Complete the Supplier Profile Questionnaire Once Supplier clicks on the activation link, ADIB Supplier profile questionnaire page will open to fill the profile information

The system will trigger an error and prompt you to complete the mandatory fields of the questionnaire

in case the required details are not filled in.

Once you have start filling the Profile questionnaire, it’s a good practice to save the profile time-to-time to avoid data loss.
