Presenter
Presentation Notes
To master this development through scientific research which conducted by the university staff, we have to ensure the stability of this staff.

RECOMMENDATIONS Weaknesses and Threats Suggested solution

• Investigations, management, follow up and Statistical analysis are self-payed.

Financial support of rsearch

• Lack of University Hospital. • Underdeveloped Faculty

laboratories and library. • Inactive postgraduate programmes

Building a special university hospital. support the establishment of

laboratories and library. Activate postgraduate programmes

• Emigration of the qualified staff. • The limited financial resources

Work on the stability of a university Staff (build housing and therapeutic units within the university city, raising the monthly salary from university resources).

Establishment of Faculty own resources.

Presenter
Presentation Notes
The faculty has a complete detailed university hospital map with structured plan of implementation. We hope the ongoing efforts of faculty managers will make a chance to start the important infrastructure components that help not only in training the students, but will help improving the achievements towards the social responsibility of the Faculty and the University.
