Do specify a repair material of similar consistency and absorbency to the good concrete

Do not allow the use of unsuitable fillers or epoxy based systems

Internal concrete soffits were failing light reflectance requirements at the time.

(Peter Cartwright) of Hopkins worked closely with us to develop a system solution and application method to meet light reflectance requirements for the working area soffits.

Soffits in 7 four storey buildings and an amenity building were all coated with the Concretal Lasur system, but in a colour that matched the existing concrete - purely with the aim of increasing the light reflectance levels to meet acceptable values which were subsequently passed.
