Siamo stati i primi produttori di strutture di ancoraggio per cinture di sicurezza dal peso di soli 12,5 Kg, ben il 40% in meno rispetto alle più leggere disponibili sul mercato. Oggi vantiamo un’ampia gamma di strutture che arrivano addirittura ad un peso di 8,5 Kg per specifiche tipologie di mezzi.Tali risultati sono stati raggiunti grazie ai continui investimenti in R&S, nella selezione di materiali innovativi ad elevata resistenza e peso sempre più ridotto e al loro impiego nella progettazione di soluzioni performanti, di semplice installazione e facilità d’ impiego.

Nous étions les premiers fabricants des mats d'ancrage pour les ceintures de sécurité d'un poids de 12,5 kg seulement, c’est-à dire 40% de moins que les mats les plus légers disponibles sur le marché. Inoltre, con l’obiettivo di supportare aziende costruttrici di veicoli, la CTA si è dotata di un importante e sofisticato macchinario per testare i sistemi di ancoraggio delle cinture di sicurezza ma anche tutti i dispositivi prodotti in azienda e per conto terzi, seguendo rigidamente le normative Europee vigenti. Ciò consente di realizzare evoluti sistemi di ritenuta introducendo innovazioni sia a livello progettuale che nella scelta dei materiali.

The continuous investments in research and development and the constant updating of technological tooling for internal processing have allowed and are allowing the constant growth of the company.The CTA is organized with a streamlined and efficient production line capable of creating structures with the highest technology means with 24-hour self-powered laser cutting, latest generation bending machines and robotic welding systems.

Moreover, with the aim of supporting vehicle manufacturers, CTA has been equipped with an important and sophisticated machinery to test the safety belt anchorage systems but also all the devices produced in the company and on behalf of third parties, strictly following the European regulations in force. This makes it possible to create advanced restraint systems by introducing innovations both at the design level and in the choice of materials.

By making its know-how available, CTA acts as a design partner for recreational vehicle manufacturers, working side by side with the customer's technical offices to find tailor-made solutions for every design and production requirement.

Particular attention is also given to the packaging system that stores up to 60 structures in a 120x120x100 cm package. Designed specifically to facilitate handling on the production line, it allows a competitive cost to be maintained even for export.

Le strutture di ancoraggio cinture CTA si possono montare su qualsiasi tipologia di RV (van, motorhome, semintegrali, mansardati) di categoria M1/N2. A correlazione delle strutture per ancoraggio cinture, una gamma di soluzioni comfort pensate apposta per rendere la dinette ancora più confortevole, proprio come il divano di casa.

CTA belt anchorage structures can be mounted on any type of RV (campervans, motorhomes, semi-integrated, coachbuilts) of category M1 / N2. As integration to the structures for belts anchoring products, a range of comfort solutions designed specifically to make the benches even more comfortable, just like a sofa at home.

Das Projekt entsteht aus einer Synergie von zwei marktführenden Unternehmen des Sektors: CTA und TRUMA.Ziele:• Optimierung der Warmluftverteilung durch die Positionierung des Combi in der Fahrzeugmitte .• Bessere Nutzung des Stauraums durch Integration des Combi in die Sitzbank, innerhalb der Gurtverankerungsstruktur.

Il progetto nasce dalla visione generata dalla sinergia di due aziende leader del settore: CTA e TRUMA.Obiettivi:• Ottimizzare la distribuzione d’aria calda tramite il posizionamento del Combi al centro dell’ ambiente.• Sfruttare meglio gli spazi di stivaggio inserendo il Combi nella dinette all’interno del volume occupato dalla struttura delle cinture.

Die optionalen Teleskoparme machen eine vertikale Gurtverankerung möglich.

The low forward facing double structure for 3-points safety belts anchorage, suitable for vehicles having different widths, is equipped with an height adjustable column and with telescopic arms which enable to adjust the width of the safety belts fixing points even in narrow vehicles.Further telescopic arms delivered in option enable to adjust also the height of the safety belt fixings.

La struttura ancoraggio cintura di sicurezza, doppia a 3 punti fronte-marcia bassa, unificata per le diversecarreggiate è dotata di colonna sali/scendi e di braccetti telescopici che permettono la regolazione della larghezza dei punti di fissaggio delle cinture anche in veicoli più stretti. I braccetti telescopici, optional, consentono il fissaggio della cintura in verticale.

Oggi l’ utilizzo di lamiere fabbricate con materiali ad alta resistenza ha consentito di ridurre il numero di nervature portando al contempo ad una riduzione del peso, che si aggira intorno ai 7 Kg.

Per la massima versatilità le piastre sono utilizzabili indifferentemente sul sedile del guidatore e del passeggero, consentendo di ottimizzare le scorte a magazzino dei costruttori e di accrescere la comodità da parte degli utilizzatori finali. Poiché i moderni sedili hanno tutti almeno un punto di ancoraggio delle cinture di sicurezza, le piastre sono omologate in ottemperanza ai relativi test di resistenza dei dispositivi di ritenuta. With a very accurate and practical design, CTA Ladders adapt to the aerodynamics of the bodywork of most European RVs.

Particularly light, thanks to the materials used, they are equipped with an anchoring system by means of solid and robust quick couplings and non-slip feet adjustable in inclination; details that offer absolute safety in all weather conditions.

Available with or without flap (opening prevented by a padlock), have been subjected to resistance tests with Report EN1646-1: 2005 certification.

CTA modular roof-racks offer maximum flexibility in terms of combinations; they can be tailored choosing cross and longitudinal members, depending on the profile and the available space on which they are installed.

SEKURVAN

Proveniente dal settore automotive, il Sekurvan è un dispositivo di chiusura per furgoni Ducato, Citroen, Peugeot che la CTA ha implementato per l’utilizzo sui veicoli ricreazionali. Si tratta di un sistema di chiusura aggiuntivo che aumenta la sicurezza del mezzo quando è in stazionamento.

L’installazione è semplice e veloce, in quanto vengono utilizzate delle staffe specifiche che permettono di utilizzare le viti originali delle serrature del mezzo.Inoltre l’ istallazione e utilizzo del Sekurvan permette all’utente di avere importanti riduzioni sul premio assicurativo del mezzo. (Suddette riduzioni variano a seconda della compagnia assicuratrice).

Originally designed for the automotive industry, Sekurvan is a locking device for Ducato, Citroen, Peugeot vans that CTA has implemented for use on recreational vehicles. This is an additional locking system that increases the safety of the vehicle in parking position.

The installation is quick and simple, thanks to specific brackets that allow the use of the original screws of the vehicle’s locks.Furthermore, the installation and use of Sekurvan allows the user to have interesting reductions on the vehicle insurance. (These vary depending on the insurance company).

Conçu pour le secteur automobile, le Sekurvan est un dispositif de verrouillage pour les fourgons Ducato, Citroen, Peugeot que CTA a adapté pour une utilisation sur les véhicules de loisirs.
