Ever Since I was a young lad, I often heard the quote 'Rome wasn't built in a day'. I always wondered what Rome has to do with me, until I took my first steps into the large ocean of businessmen struggling and fighting out to keep their endeavors sailing high and ahead of race.

It did take me a while to bring the Goel group to where it is today. Days of hard work and nights of sleepless eyes. Many people a part of this glorious journey, right from my team of co-workers to the customer and the suppliers who are indeed my true partners in this venture. The group has seen ups and downs alike, but the driving force behind the overall success has been our long – term commitments and long lasting relationship with our partners.

PRESENT INFRASTRUCTUREWith a view to achieve the exponential growth plans for the coming years, we have constructed a state-of-art manufacturing unit at Velugam, Silvassa (U.T. of D&NH). Spread over 5 acres, our manufacturing capabilities are supported by the most sophisticated CNC machines, best-in-class manufacturing processes, modern Quality control systems and a technically competent team, certified for ISO 9001 : 2008 Quality Management System by TUV SUD South Asia.

CNC & Fabrication Shop Sheet Metal is fabricated on the most advanced CNC-operated Japanese Turret Punch Press & Press Brake for a repeat dimensional accuracy of +0.1 mm accurate bending. Arc/MIG/TIG welding machines, pneumatic riveting and grinding machines for ensuring high precision and high quality sheet metal work.

Pre-treatment Line The 11-tank semi-automatic Pretreatment Plant is designed for precise surface treatment and preparation of the sheet metal using cold / hot process, thereby improving resistance to oxidation and erosion through an automated conveyorised plant.

Powder Coating PlantPowder coating, being a critical manufacturing process, we have an automatic conveyorised powder-coating plant to ensure superior coating, finish and longevity.Powder coating quality is ensured by subjecting coated sample panels to various checks like DFT, Surface finish, Adhesion, Flexibility and Impact tests by batch sampling process.

Manufacturing Process During manufacturing, emphasis is laid on processes, Quality & Testing to ensure that the product performs as per the designed throughout its life. Here the quality of the components used, the manufacturing processes, Quality checks and testing play a vital role and hence strict care is taken while managing the same.

Quality AssuranceA dedicated team of qualified quality inspectors headed by the Quality Assurance Manager ensures that all raw material and components are tested as per the quality plan. Testing and acceptance norms at every stage of the manufacturing process are clearly well defined in our quality management system.

Supplier ManagementWe adhere to stringent supplier evaluation practices. High Criterions are laid down for selection of new suppliers and their performance monitored on a regular basis to ensure consistency in performance and quality.

The flexible, modular approach from design through to manufacturing provides a customized, end-to-end solution to the customers; thereby reducing cost and increasing value.
