b) Complaints received from the students of Panjabrao Deshmukh Medical College, Amravati about collection of penalty for various reasons. (Ref: Agenda Item No. 6 (j) Meeting dated 25/4/2013).

c) Letter received by email dated 22/4/2013 from Matoshri School of ANM Nursing, Nashik related to refund of penalty amounts.

d) Letter dated 25/4/2013 from St. Andrews College of IYursing, Pune regarding to collection of fess from ATKT students.

i) To consider and decide on proposals where there are no discrepancies.

The Samiti considered the proposals of the following Colleges/Institutes for finalization of fee structure for the students who joined the course started during Academic Year 2013-14. After deliberations, The Samiti decides to approve the final fee structure of the following Colleges/Institutes for the students who joined the course started during Academic Year 2013-14, subject to final approval/afTiliation/permissions from respective Authorities. Figures are arrived at after considering the calculations drawn in the worksheet - calculation sheets of the respective collegeslinstitutes prepared by a Chartered Accountant. The students admitted in Academic Year 2013-14 and there after continuing their studies will pay an enhanced fee of 5% each successive year as per the norms for 2013-14 till completion of the course. For example if the fee approved is Rs. 1,00,000/- then 2" year, 3rd year and 4th year's student of the Health Science Colleges will be Rs. 1,05,000/-. (Assuming course is of 4 years). Worksheet - Calculation sheets are available in the office.

-The only error pointed out is in the making the demand by the Institute. The demand made was Rs. 35,000/-. Therefore the fee declared was Rs. 35,000/- as it was less than our calculation. But it is pointed out that the demand was infact Rs.70,000/-. It seems to be a bonafide mistake on the part of the Institute.

It seem that there is some delay on the part of the colleges in submitting the proposals as the office is also accepting it on line and the colleges are also required to submit it's transcript. Hence Office Secretary is authorized to extend the time beyond 29/06/2013, as he deems proper considering the problem.
