Car Seat Programs Goodwill Easter Seals – Car Seat Service Program helps families by providing them with child passenger safety seats for those children birth to 110 pounds. They also help families with children who have special needs. Must be 30 weeks pregnant and WIC eligible. They prefer a cash donation.
