Good governance is ensured by following proper hierarchy administrative
structure at institution. Delegation of work enhances smooth and transparent
governance at DBCDIP.
Student feedback mechanism on Institutional Governance/ Faculty Performance
Feedback from the students on various issues related to Academics, Library,
Laboratories & Extracurricular activities etc are obtained. This enables to
read the minds of the students & their areas of concern which helps in
framing the new steps required for the development of the institute.
Grievance Redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and student
Availability of Online Grievance Redressal software Committee of five
members of the institute’s Teaching staff is formed for direct redressal of
the grievance of the aggrieved students. Regular meetings of the committee
are held to resolve students grievances.
