Flexibility
In the R+D+I department we work with the most cutting-edge design technologies, calculation and simulation techniques.
The design of MOROS machine is geared towards easy and minimal maintenance.
All of our machines include technical advantages that set them apart from others on the market.
Our flexible manufacturing system allows us to adapt any machine to any client’s need.
• Our manufacturing processes are subject to strict quality control systems.
• We manufacture almost all components internally to thus ensure better quality in our machines.
• We machine any surface which is going to be in contact with another one, in order to ensure a perfect fit between pieces and avoid premature wear and jams.
• We protect all machine parts in contact with the scrap metal using high-resistance, anti-wear steel lining.

THREE COMPRESSIONS
BALERS
MOROS has spent more than 45 years manufacturing these two models, the RELIABILITY of which has been proven time and time again.
Machines designed and built with the most advanced technology which allow for the compression of all kinds of scrap metal.
• Reduction of cycle times and increase in productivity, thanks to new hydraulic technologies.
• Option of placement on the ground, in pits or on a rack (transportable).
• Indestructible: their robust structure makes the baler’s useful life extremely long.
• Flexibility: 8 different bale sizes to cater any customer’s need, always maintaining the correct density.
• Zero loading time: The design of the compression box allows it to be loaded while the bale is being made, meaning the machine can function in automatic mode continuously.

• Balers with precompression wings and opposing cylinders.
• These machines are derived from mobile balers for cars, which have been adapted, with an electric engine and a support rack, to work in stationary mode.
• Big load volume. This range of balers produce 1000 x 600 mm bales and in the reinforced version with a spacious box, they can even bale large vans as well as scrap.
• Two compressions baler to process lightweight scrap and stamping.
• Fixed or tilting hopper.
• Compression system with asymmetrical precompression wings.
• Designed to obtain the highest density processing general scraps and/or metal.

SPECIAL BALERS
Thanks to the reduced bale size and the powerful last compression cylinder, it allows us to bale materials that other balers could not process.
• It does not have a cutting system, so it does not jam.
• Low operating costs.
• Easy maintenance.
• High production due to power installed.
• Low investment.

being made with the second compression rather than the first, reaching 90% of the final compression.
• Greater load area.• Easy to adjust.• Gives the operator confidence to increase
the amount of input material, optimising production.

• Easy maintenance and fast disassembly of the wing.• Automatic greasing of the head and optionally on the hinge of the
box. • The open scissors allow for a total reduced height to facilitate the
loading of scrap metal with medium-sized cranes. • Its installation only requires a flat and level concrete floor.
• Hydraulic group within the container.

SCRAP SHEARS WITH LATERAL PRECOMPRESSION BOX AND VARIABLE ANGLE
H-P shears
• The variable angle system allows it to work with very tough, structural or voluminous scrap metal which no other scrap shear is capable of processing.
• The enormous advantages provided by the lateral side compression result in an increase in production.
• The latest technologies applied in control hydraulics and electronics allow the efficient use of power resources, making the H-P range a very profitable machine per tonne produced.
• Increase in the volume of the box by 33% thanks to the 800 mm high lateral plate compared to other machines with 600mm high lateral plate.
Productivity
PRODUCTIVITY, RELIABILITY AND EFFICIENCY
16
With the angular mode, the scrap metal is compressed as much as possible progressively.
The unstoppable force is concentrated on one end of the box, the turning then reversing to achieve the same effect on the opposite side.
The toughness of the scrap metal that is difficult to process is practically destroyed.
