Hello. If you are undertaking a new build or refurbishment project, or maybe just want to replace a few items, then we can help with a very flexible service which can be tailored to your exact needs.

Design boards can be prepared with tactile samples and, if required, CAD drawings so that you can visualise how the finished scheme will look. Good design helps to make rooms easier to market and increases the value of your scheme.

We can supply a huge range of fabrics in price ranges tosuit any pocket. We will work on a COM (Customers OwnMaterial) basis and are happy to upholster in multiplefabrics, with contrast piping or with contrast seats. Seepage 34 for details of our range of upholstery finishes

We offer a range of 6 standard wood colours on chairs,sofa’s and tables and will colour match to customersexisting furniture on request. These colours are given(approximately) below.

On cabinet furniture we offer 3 colours - light oak, beechand maple (see pages 44 - 55)

We have measured the LRV’s (Light Reflectance Values) ofall our wood shades for use in designing schemes wherecolour contrast is important. Further information on these isavailable from our sales office

Terms & ConditionsMeasurementsFor lounge seating, other seat heights may be available without further cost. Measurements may vary slightly from time to time, so if a measurement is crucial please add this to your order or email.

Colour FinishesPictures shown are representative of the actual colour but samples are available on request.

QuotationsQuotations are valid for 90 days.

Order and ConfirmationPlacing an order will be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Orders should be emailed to [email protected].

When you place an order a Confirmation of Order will be emailed across to you and must be carefully checked within 48 hours with any discrepancies being notified by email when a revised Confirmation of Order will be issued.

DeliveryDelivery is free on orders over £1200 +VAT. However below this figure we may need to make a small delivery charge at cost and will be pleased to advise on this.

Delivery is usually to the nearest room but in a few cases may be tailgate only, this can be confirmed before ordering. If you would like a full placement service with items placed in their

final locations then we will be pleased to quote providing:

• There is a functioning full-size lift• Car-parking for heavy goods vehicles is available• Accessibility in terms of door and corridor access.

Payment TermsIf a deposit is not taken then 14 day payment terms apply, however if a deposit of 25% is paid then 28 day payment terms can be taken. No variance to these terms will be accepted unless agreed in writing or email by a Director of Access 21 Ltd.

You will only be invoiced when the goods have been delivered and/or service supplied.

Our fee for interior design and/or project management services may be split into monthly invoices over the length of the contract or one year, whichever is the shortest.

Payment is accepted by bank transfer or cheque made payable to Access 21 Ltd as this is our registered company (Reg No. 03887142) of which Access 21 Interiors is a division.VAT must be added to all prices at the prevailing rate. VAT Registration Number 751854123.

Our PoliciesInsurance, Health & Safety, Equality & Diversity and Environmental policies can be provided on request.

DisputesAny disputes will be settled by English Law.
