MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCES

INTERPERSONAL INTELLIGENCE

INTERPERSONAL INTELLIGENCE

It is based on the development of two major types of skills: empathy and the ability to handle interpersonal relationships.

It is the ability that allows us to understand others and communicate effectively with them taking into account their different States of mind, feelings, needs, interests

and abilities.

EmpathyIt is the ability that allows us to

recognize and understand

others, their way of thinking, emotions,

motivations and reasons that explain their behavior.

To understand others is

necessary to put in the place of

another for which it will be very useful to learn

to think like him and listening to

him.

Understand the other

Learn to think like him

Know how to listen

We entered the world of the other and see things from their point of view, we feel their feelings and hear what the other hears

It means focusing all of our attention towards the other, stop thinking in what we say or what we would.

The ability to put in the place of the other does not mean that we share his views, nor that we agree with their way of interpreting reality.

Empathy is not sympathy. Sympathy implies an appreciation of the other, whereas empathy does not presuppose any assessment of the other.

Empathy must not confuse with goodness.

Ability to handle interpersonal relationships

It is to introduce you to our message. Know how to choose the right way and the right time is the mark of the

great Communicator.

The ability to communicate is that

it allows to organize groups, negotiate and

establish personal connections.

Bandler and Grinder, creators of NLP, say that the 'wizards' of the communication are characterized by three major patterns of behaviour.

1. They know what the aim that want to achieve.

2. They are able to generate many possible answers to find the most appropriate.

3. They have enough sensory acuity to note the reactions of the other.
