The second edition of the Times Business Awards 2019, held at Roseate House,Aerocity, New Delhi, recognised excelling business entities and promisingentrepreneurs. Over 25 organisations made it to the coveted list of winners. Thewinning business entities included established and budding entrepreneurs acrossvarious verticals such as FMCG, IT, healthcare, education, communications andreal estate.

Some of the industry players that were in the awards list were realty groupssuch as Gaursons India, ACE Group, Rise Group, Ambience Group, MahagunGroup and Supertech Ltd. The winners in other verticals included Apis India Ltd,Studio XP, Sanfort Group of Schools, Anondita Healthcare, Oppo Mobiles IndiaPvt Ltd etc.

The guest of honour for this one-of- its-kind mega event was Divya KhoslaKumar and Gayatri Bhardwaj, fbb Colours Femina Miss India UnitedContinent 2019.

An initiative by the Optimal Media Solutions, a division of Times Internet Ltd,the event aimed to identify the best work being delivered in industries undervarious categories. The awards were the outcome of a rigorous scientificmethodology conducted by independent research agency Market Xcel Data MatrixPvt Ltd that included both factual and perceptual components to identify theachievers.

The event was curated with the objective of appreciating the established andemerging entrepreneurs. Many stakeholders converged to discuss and talk aboutcrucial issues affecting the real estate sector in an enlightening panel discussion.The distinguished panelists hailing from the real estate sector were unanimous inthe opinion that the sector is a good investment bet in the long-run. The panelistsexpressed optimism that soon, the realty sector will witness higher demand andgrowth with affordable housing being the main driver of the segment.

The award ceremony was interspersed with scintillating performances thatenthralled the audience. The event concluded with a vote of thanks.
