Go to https://evolve.elsevier.com/cs/

Click I’m a student

Click Register for Distance Testing on the right side

Click blue button that says Register

Scroll to bottom click checkout/redeem

Create an Account with Elsevier

Click on I’m not affiliated with an institution.

Click Continue at the bottom of the page.

Click Checkout/Redeem

Click on the My Evolve link in the yellow box

At the top click My Evolve

Click Student Access

Scroll to bottom of the Terms and Conditions Box (Sorry no screen shot)

Click I Agree at the bottom of the page.

This will open HESI Assessment Page

Distance Testing at the top

Click on drop down box

Click Register for a Distance Exam

Input the program ID (202964), and select A2 1st

The exam will say HP A2 (I had already registered when I took screenshots).

Click Submit.

You will then get an popup that says you have registered for the exam. You will

also get an email.

It will take 1-3 business days for them to email you a link for the Prometric Site.

It will take you to this site.

Click on Schedule my test.

You will choose the Country and the state that you plan to take the test in.

Click Next

Click I confirm & I consent

You sign in with the information that was on the Elsevier email.

Search for a testing center near you

Click Schedule an Appointment under the location that you wish.

Choose the time frame you need

You will be able to click on a date and get a time available on the right side
