Dr. Serguei BeloussovFounder & Executive Board
Member
Dr. Serguei Beloussov is the founder of the
Schaffhausen Institute of Technology (SIT)
and multiple global IT companies,
including Acronis. Currently serving as
Acronis Executive Board Member and
Chief Research Officer – before this role,
Dr. Serguei Beloussov served as Acronis’
Chief Executive Officer from 2013-2021.
He was born in the USSR to a family of
physicists of Jewish descent. He moved
from USSR to Singapore in 1994, became a
Singaporean resident then – turning a
citizen in 2001.He is a Singaporean tech
entrepreneur, businessman, investor,
speaker and renowned thought leader on
cyber protection, cloud automation, and
virtualization. He has founded over 20
companies, including Acronis, Parallels,
Virtuozzo, Odin, Acumatica, Runa Capital,
Phystech Ventures, and Qwave Capital
venture funds.
Dr. Serguei Beloussov is also passionate
about quantum physics; he sat on the
Governing Board of the Centre for
Quantum Technologies in Singapore from
2012-2017 and co-founded global venture
firm, QWave Capital, to invest in new
quantum technologies
He holds a B.S. in Physics, an M.S. (Hons)
in Physics and Electrical Engineering, and a
Ph.D. in Computer Science from MIPT.
Dr. Serguei Beloussov filed over 350
patents (USPTO) with an H-index is 40.

Chetan Dube has served as the President
and CEO of Amelia, an IPsoft Company
since its inception in 1998. Amelia is a New
York City-based artificial intelligence
company, whose flagship product is an
eponymous chatbot. During his tenure, he
has led the company to create a radical shift
in the way IT is managed. Today, Amelia's
conversational AI technology provides
customer service for about 500 corporate
clients, including Telefonica, BNP Paribas
and Nordic Bank.
Indian-born Chetan Dube moved to the
United States after college to become an
applied mathematics professor at New
York University in 1992. He left academia
and started Amelia as information
technology firm IPSoft in 1998, growing it
to about $100 million in revenue in 2020.
Mr. Dube is a widely recognized speaker on
autonomics and utility computing and
serves on the board of numerous IT-
related institutions. He also serves on the
board of numerous IT-related institutions.
In 2017, he was listed as one of the Nine
Greatest AI minds in the world to keep an
eye on by Forbes. He is also a distinguished
member of the Forbes Technology
Council.
Mr. Dube earned a degree in electrical
engineering from IIT Delhi and then came
to the U.S. to pursue a doctorate in
theoretical computer science at the Courant
Institute of Mathematical Sciences of New
York University (NYU).
He envisions a world where humans and
machines work closely together to build a
radically more efficient planet.

Shailesh Jejurikar is an Indian American
business executive and the Chief Operating
Officer (COO) of Procter & Gamble. In
2020, he was also appointed to join the
board of Otis Elevator Company. As Chief
Operating Officer (COO), Mr. Jejurikar has
profit/loss responsibility for P&G’s
Enterprise Markets (Latin America, India,
Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia and
Eastern Europe) and leads Information
Technology, Global Business Services,
Sales, Market Operations, Purchasing,
Manufacturing, Distribution and New
Business for the company.
Previously, he was the Chief Executive
Officer of Procter & Gamble’s largest
business sector, Fabric & Home Care,
which includes many of P&G’s most-iconic
brands: Tide, Ariel, Downy, Gain, Febreze,
Swiffer—and represents about one-third of
total company sales and net earnings.
Mr. Jejurikar’s extensive P&G career has
spanned multiple businesses (Health &
Beauty Care, Home Care, Fabric Care and
P&G Professional) in both developed and
developing regions (North America,
Europe, Asia and Africa). Known for his
unique ability to identify growth
possibilities, he has consistently delivered
strong business results in every market and
on every business, enabled via his deep
experience of growing brands locally,
regionally.
Mr. Jejurikar also served as Member of the
Nanyang Business School’s Advisory Board
(2007-2015) and as a Trustee of the
Cincinnati Country Day School (2012-
2017).

Chris Krebs is the founding partner at
Krebs Stamos Group LLC, a cyber
consulting firm which quickly landed its
first customer, the recently-beleaguered
SolarWinds. He also served as Director of
the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure
Security Agency (CISA) in the United
States Department of Homeland Security
from November 2018 to November 2020.
As Director, he oversaw CISA’s efforts to
defend civilian networks, manage systemic
risk to national critical functions, and work
with stakeholders to raise the security
baseline of the Nation’s cyber and physical
infrastructure.
Prior to CISA, Mr. Krebs served in various
Department of Homeland Security roles,
responsible for a range of cybersecurity,
critical infrastructure and national resilience
issues. Prior to his time at DHS, he directed
U.S. cybersecurity policy for Microsoft, and
advised industry and government clients on
complex cybersecurity and business risk
matters.
Before Microsoft, Mr. Krebs advised
industry and federal, state, and local
government customers on a range of
cybersecurity and risk management issues.
This is his second tour working at DHS,
previously serving as the Senior Advisor to
the Assistant Secretary for Infrastructure
Protection and playing a formative role in
several national and international risk
management programs.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in
environmental sciences from the University
of Virginia and a J.D. from the Antonin
Scalia Law School at George Mason
University.

Ludovic is Head of the FAME Group at
Saïd Business School and specialises in
private equity and asset management.
Ludovic is the author of the bestseller
'Private Equity Laid Bare', and professor of
Financial Economics at Saïd Business
School, University of Oxford. He
specialises in private market investments
with a focus on fee tracking, interest
alignment, and return benchmarking.
Named as one of “The 40 Most
Outstanding Business School Profs Under
40 in the World” in 2014, and as one of the
20 most influential individuals in private
equity in Europe in 2016, Ludovic has
strong links with senior practitioners in the
industry, routinely speaks at practitioner
conferences, and appears in the media
internationally. Ludovic’s research papers
have been widely cited in academia, in the
press, and in regulatory circles.
Ludovic's paper 'How alternative are
private markets?' is one of three 2018
recipients of the Jack Treynor Prize,
sponsored by the Q-Group. The Treynor
Prize recognises superior academic working
papers with potential applications in the
fields of investment management and
financial markets.

from Toulouse School of Economics; a

Sudhakar Ramakrishna joined SolarWinds
as President and Chief Executive Officer in
January 2021. He is a global technology
leader with nearly 25 years of experience
across cloud, mobility, networking, security
and collaboration markets. He most
recently served as the CEO of Pulse
Secure®, a leading provider of secure and
zero trust access solutions for Hybrid IT
environments, where he was responsible
for all aspects of business strategy and
execution.
Prior to Pulse Secure, Mr. Ramakrishna
served as the Senior Vice President and
General Manager for the Enterprise and
Service Provider Division at Citrix®, where
he had responsibility for Citrix’s portfolio
of virtualization, cloud networking, mobile
platforms and cloud services solutions. Mr.
Ramakrishna also has held senior
leadership roles at Polycom, Motorola and
3Com.
Mr. Ramakrishna is an experienced public
and private company board member. He is
a partner at Benhamou Global Ventures, a
leading venture capital firm investing in
emerging startups in the fields of security,
analytics and applications.
Mr. Ramakrishna earned a master’s degree

Mr. Sarin served as Chief Executive
Officer of Vodafone Group Plc from 2003
until his retirement in 2008. Mr. Sarin
began his career at Pacific Telesis Group in
1984. He progressed through various
management positions there and at
AirTouch Communications Inc., which
Pacific Telesis spun off in 1994, and was
named president and chief operating
officer of AirTouch in 1997. After
AirTouch merged with Vodafone in 1999,
he was appointed chief executive officer of
Vodafone’s U.S./Asia-Pacific region. He left
Vodafone in 2000 to become Chief
Executive Officer of InfoSpace, Inc., and
from 2001 until 2003, he served as Chief
Executive Officer of Accel-KKR Telecom.
After his retirement in 2008, he served as a
senior advisor to Kohlberg Kravis Roberts
& Co. for five years.
Mr. Sarin currently serves as a director at
Cisco Systems, Inc., The Charles Schwab
Corporation and Accenture plc. He
previously served as a director of
Blackhawk Network Holdings, The Gap
and Safeway, and as a non-executive
director of the Court of the Bank of
England. In 2010, he was named an
Honorary Knight of the British Empire for
services to the communications industry.
Mr. Sarin holds M.B.A. and Master of
Science (Engineering) degrees from
University of California-Berkeley and a B.S.
from the Indian Institute of Technology in

Alex Stamos joined former CISA director
Chris Krebs at the beginning of 2021, to
form Krebs Stamos Group, a cybersecurity
consultancy, which quickly landed its first
customer, the recently-beleaguered
SolarWinds.
He is a cybersecurity expert, business
leader and entrepreneur working to
improve the security and safety of the
Internet through his teaching and research
at Stanford University. Stamos is an
Adjunct Professor at Stanford’s Freeman-
Spogli Institute and a visiting scholar at the
Hoover Institution.
Prior to joining Stanford, Alex served as
the Chief Security Officer of Facebook. In
this role, Stamos led a team of engineers,
researchers, investigators and analysts
charged with understanding and mitigating
information security risks to the company
and safety risks to the 2.5 billion people on
Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.
During his time at Facebook, he led the
company’s investigation into manipulation
of the 2016 US election and helped pioneer
several successful protections against these
new classes of abuse.
Before joining Facebook, Alex was the
Chief Information Security Officer at
Yahoo, rebuilding a storied security team
while dealing with multiple assaults by
nation-state actors.
In 2004, Alex co-founded iSEC Partners,
an elite security consultancy known for
groundbreaking work in secure software
development, embedded and mobile
security.
A noted speaker and writer, he has
appeared at the Munich Security
Conference, NATO CyCon, Web Summit,
DEF CON, CanSecWest and numerous
other events.

Bill Tai has been a ‘hands on’ early-stage
Venture Capitalist since 1991 and has had
23 of his startups become listed
companies. He co-founded Treasure Data
(acquired by ARM/Softbank) as Chairman
and is among the first investors in Canva,
Color Genomics, Dapper Labs (originator
of Cryptokitties and NBA Topshot), Safety
Culture, Tweetdeck/Twitter, Wish.com and
Zoom Video, where he was the first backer
to commit at the company's formation. He
is Board Chairman of Hut8 Mining
(NASDAQ: HUT), North America's largest
publicly listed Bitcoin mining operation.
Originally trained as a chip designer, he
joined LSI Logic, a seminal Silicon Valley
startup formed by the CEO of Fairchild
Semiconductor after earning a BSEE with
Honors from University of Illinois. After
an MBA at Harvard, he was issued Badge
#A001 during the formation of TSMC,
now among the world’s 10 most valuable
companies (~$580 Billion market value as
of 2020).
He was Founding Chairman & CEO of
iAsiaWorks (IPO via Goldman Sachs &
Morgan Stanley) and Founding Chairman
of IPinfusion. He has served as Board
Director of 8 publicly listed companies that
grew from startups he funded at their
formative stages.
