1 Each citizen must be encouraged to give feedback – let them express their opinion basistheir experience
2 Cities can attract citizens to give feedbacks by making QR codes available in all commercial/ public areas, institutional areas etc. along with promotion through roadshows etc.
3 One Citizen One Feedback rule to be followed
4 As a standard practice, the Assessment Agency is making validation calls to verify if the feedback given by them is basis their experience
