Exchange Commission (SEC) under registration No.
PL200806821 Dated May 06, 2008. Presently, the company is
housed at Unit 7 Warehouse no.4 PDC Compound, Pilar
Village, Las Piñas City Philippines which serves as the
originating point of all the company’s trading activities

Is licensed to engage in, conduct and carry on the
business of buying, distributing, marketing improving,
exporting at wholesale and retail as may permitted by law, all
kinds of goods, commodities, wares and merchandise.
These various activities are incorporated in the Articles of
Partnership attached to the “SEC” registration paper.
First Asian is established to compliment its sister
company Global Gate Trading Enterprise Pte Ltd.,
Global Gate Trading Ent. Pte Ltd is registered company in
Singapore First Asian purchases the goods and commodities
in the Philippines and nearby Asian countries then exported
the items to Global Gate for distribution in Singapore.
Both First Asian and Global Gate are under the helm of
the Partners Arthur John Abarquez and Mark Steven Dy. The
two broad experiences in finance and International trade.
