1: Description of the Machine
The FXTC-F1530-500W laser cutting system, equipped with a Preste cutting
head. All construction sub-units, such as fiber laser resonators, CNC (C
Computer Numeric Control) controls, program software, handling equipment
etc. are supplied by world-class quality manufacturers and/or are made and
developed by XT. XT assumes total and overall responsibility for the
equipment.

The process feed connectors (O 2 2 /N 2 2 ) between the couplings and the machine connections must be
supplied and installed by the client.
The tubes must be made of copper or VA stainless steel, non-oxidised and clean. The authorized gas installer must
first establish the dimensions of the gas tubing for the processing gases as specified in the regulations as outlined
above (usual diameter: 21 mm)

4: Exclusive Advantages of LASER
4.1: Chiller System
The chiller we use is Tongfei, exclusive chiller for fiber laser machines. Here are the main advantages of Tongfei Chiller: � Components are all internationally renowned brands, so that they ensure excellent quality and good
reliability;
� High-quality stainless steel cold water circulation pump, large flow, high head, low noise and long life; stainless steel water tank, pipe and valve never rust;
� Control system using LCD full all English computer controller, CPU automatic control, can achieve man-machine dialogue, simple operation, intuitive;
� Provide multiple protection functions and passive alarm terminals, remote control terminals, easy to achieve centralized CNC control and monitoring;

And in the industrial laser market, there are some companies, who started laser cutting machine with Co2
laser cutting and engraving, take S&A chiller as the only chiller for all laser cutting machine. Actually S&A chiller is an exclusive chiller for Co2 laser cutting machine. It’s features are not qualified for
the fiber laser cutting machine.
4.2: Working table
For make a better choice on the fiber laser cutting machine, the working table is the top-3 points to consider.
Cause a better table will continuously offer high-accuracy cutting results without deformation. In this
article, we will talk about how to choose a suitable working table.
Normally, there are three kinds of main working tables in fiber laser cutting machine, pipe welded, iron
casting and thick plate welded.
� Pipe welded working
It is kind of working table which is gradually replaced by others. Acutually we also use this table 1
year ago. But we found it can match our company's pursuits and requirements, so we decided to find a
better working table for our clients.
This kind of table will be the same price as others. But its structure and solidity will much less than
others. Cause many seperated pipes make it. And when those pipes are welded together, the working
table is finished. So after about a year or even several month, it will be deformation with accuracy
error then.
What's more, this working table cannot through high temperature quenching, cause it will get into a pile
of pipes after it.
Here is a picture of the pipe welded working table, you can see the structure of it.
So if there are some companies who offer you the pipe welded working table of the machine, just pass
them. They are not a responsible company, not mention a laser machine manufacture.
� Iron Casting working table
Iron casting working table, which is pouring metal water into a finished mould, will perform worse
than others in tensile strength, plasticity and toughness.
Due to the air and uneven heating, there is bound to some bubbles during the production process.
Since there are bubbles, and these bubbles will inevitably affect the accuracy and balance of the
working table.
And due to the brittleness of iron casting, once there is a screw loosing, you can never put them
back and the machine bed will be broken apart gradually.
What’s more, current factories who produce machine beds, most of them only choose some mixed,
not good quality irons. As a result, machine quality cannot be assured.
Also, in market, total weight of iron casting machine bed is not heavier than 3 tons, which is absolutely
terrible. This is surely because manufacturers want to make more profits, so they use less materials.
Because one standard 1530 iron casting bed is at least 4-5 tons normally. All in all, some suppliers only
use IRON CASTING working table for an advertisement.
� Thick plate welded structure
The working table we use is the metal thick plate welded structure, which is used by most
repoutational laser manufactory, such as TRUMPF, Trotec etc. It has the following advantages:
After high temperature quenching, it is able to significantly improve the hardness, wear resistance,
fatigue strength, toughness and rigidity of steel, so as to meet the different requirements from various
processing materials. But some companies will use the pipe welded bed, which will get in to a pool
of pipes when it gets into high temperature quenching;
This kind of machine bed has strongly reasonable structure, it is produced by relief annealing, so the
whole structure is very firm and hard to be deformed. It is able to make sure the cutting accuracy;
Certainly, each machine will lose some accuracy after it has been used continuously for a long time.
The accuracy error will be about 0.1mm after 2 years. For thick plate welding machine bed, inside the
metal plates are solid. So, even after long time of running, it will still remain stable;
After long time of usage , some screws may become loose, but do not worry. Because you just
make screws tighter, that is all. No need worry about loose screws. But it will be different with the
iron casting bed, if its screws loose, you can never put them back and the machine bed will be
broken gradually.
For 1530 standard machine, ours working table will be about 6 T. Here are some pictures of

4.3: Gantry
In fact, nowadays, in market, there are two common gantries, one is Welding Tube Gantry & Casting
Aluminium Gantry.
Welding Tube Gantry, which is too heavy, so it will restrict accelerating speed of machine. And then
Casting Aluminium Gantry was born.
Casting Aluminium Gantry ,which is lighter, and can make accelerating speed higher. But it has no
same rigidity as Welding Tube Gantry, so there will be surely happening: Loose screws and Deformation
etc. These problems will occur after a period of time.
What is worse, in market, most of the Casting Aluminium Gantry is never through Hot Treatment, so
there will be 0.05- 0.1mm deformation after one year or two years. That will be terrible.
LASER does so much research on market, and our R&D Department applies Manganese Steel to make
Gantry finally.
Manganese Steel Gantry combines all advantages from Welding Tube Gantry & Casting Aluminium
Gantry. It is not only as light as Casting Aluminium Gantry , but also better flexibility and rigidity as
Welding Tube Gantry.
Also Our Manganese Steel Gantry is processed by Hot Treatment.
The biggest advantage is: the rate of deformation in Manganese Steel Gantry is only 1/3 to Welding
