ST-36 Pit Boss Sludge SuckerSludge Sucker uses a high pres sure water stream (1000-3000 PSI) to suck the sludge off the bottom of pits or tanks and eject it through a 1-1/2" (15' long) hose to a disposal tank.

The base unit attaches to the end of a pressure washer lance with a quick coupler for ex ten sion to the bottom of the pit. Uses a 0° tip for suction/power ejection.

Aqua Master™ Model 440Liquid level proportioning controls - automatically maintain drum level and chemical concentration. The Aqua Master automatically maintains a desired level of proportioned mixture in a drum, tank or other type reservoir.

Magnetically activated “snap acting” float valves provide full water flow to activate the chemical proportioners. There are two basic sizes to give a choice of water flows as shown in the table below. Chemical feed rate is adjusted by metering screw or threaded metering tips. The compact 440 float valve is made of Celcon® plastic and is easily accessible for field maintenance.

Liquid level proportioning controls are available in two flow capacities, 4 and 22 GPM at 50 PSI. Either size can be used with or without a proportioner. The proportioner allows chemical to be inducted while the valve is open.

All models, except as noted, are equipped with siphon breakers to prevent backflow into the fresh water line. The proportioner discharge is provided with means for attaching a hose or piece of pipe for under water feeding to minimize sudsing.

SALES POLICY SPRAYMART sells to qualified dealers/distributors who are in the business of reselling pressure washing equipment and providing repair, service, and support. In addition, SPRAYMART reserves the right to sell to customers outside of the pressure washer industry.

PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

FREIGHT POLICY

FOB FACTORY, FREIGHT PRE-PAID & ADD

Parcel shipments are carried by UPS unless another carrier is requested. UPS Freight Charges are prepaid and added to customer’s shipment invoices. Oversized items (by UPS standards) will incur additional freight charges. Motor truck (LTL) shipments are also sent FOB factory, freight prepaid and add. This method gives our customers access to the most competitive freight and freight terms package. If a specific carrier is requested, we will ship FOB factory freight collect by the carrier of your choice.

SHIPPING POLICY

• All orders will be treated independently for shipping. Because of order volume, we are not able to match multiple orders. If items must ship together, they must be on the same order. Once an order is placed, subsequent items cannot be added to the same order. For Alaska, Hawaii, and International shipments, matching of multiple orders for weight requirements and minimizing customs charges will take place as requested.

• Orders on credit hold will not be considered for production scheduling or allocation until they are released by the Credit department. They will be prioritized as if entered at the time of credit release.

• All UPS orders that receive credit approval by 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time will ship the same day.

• A customer may request that their account be flagged to cancel all backorders. If an account has this flag, ALL back-orders will be canceled and it will be the customer’s responsibility to reorder the items. Customers may also request to combine backorders with their next order.

• All “drop ship,” UPS Red, and International shipments are assumed to be “ship complete.” If a backorder occurs on these express shipments, SPRAYMART will make every effort to contact the dealer/distributors for instructions. If contact cannot be made, SPRAYMART will ship the partial order and notify the dealer/distributors by fax or voice message. Any backorder that is incurred will ship UPS ground unless otherwise instructed.

• All costs incurred by SPRAYMART for special services such as Specialized Palletization or Packaging, Residential Delivery, Liftgate Service, Redirects, Call in Advance for Appointment, etc. will be charged directly to the customer as incurred including a handling fee. These can be expensive, so please request confirmation of incremental costs in advance to avoid surprises.

• Parcel carriers other than UPS may have additional charges (e.g. FedEx, DHL, etc.) or varying dimensional limitations. Selection of theses carriers may result in delay of shipment or additional charges.

• Errors or shortages on a shipment must be brought to SPRAYMART’s attention within thirty (30) days of shipment or the claim may be denied.

• Any claims for shipping damage must be filed directly with the freight carrier by the dealer/distributors.

PAYMENT TERMS C.O.D., CREDIT CARD (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover), or OPEN CREDIT 2% 15 days, Net 30 days upon credit approval only. Invoices are considered past due 31 days after invoice date. Spraymart reserves the right to implement late charges or charge interest on past due balances.

RETURN GOODS Our Return Goods Authorization Number must accompany all return shipments. No shipment will be accepted for credit consideration without our prearranged authorization. All Returns must be freight prepaid. For speedy processing, include copy of original invoice or packing list.

FREIGHT CLAIMS All shipments are FOB Factory and must be inspected at time of delivery. Any signs of damage should be noted on the carrier’s freight bill and a loss or damage claim should be filed at the time by the dealer/customer.

BACK ORDERS Unshipped merchandise from an original order will be shipped when available, per instructions given at order entry.

SPECIAL ORDER PARTS Parts not stocked in our warehouse may be available as a special order part. Special order parts are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once order is placed. Dealer will also be responsible for all additional freight charges (if applicable). Please contact your Customer Service Representative for more information on special orders.

SAMPLE REQUESTS All samples will be invoiced plus shipping charges.

PRICE MATCH POLICY While we may not offer loss-leader pricing, our across-the-board low pricing gives customers the confidence they are getting the parts they need, when they need them and, on the average, at the lowest possible price.

tipsAvoid Shortage Discrepancies: Count the pieces received against the Driver’s delivery report.

Note any discrepancies in writing on the delivery receipt. Be specific: identify or describe the missing item.

Call your Customer Service Representative immediately with any discrepancy in part count against the enclosed Pack Slip.

Minimize Freight Damage Hassles: Inspect freight BEFORE YOU SIGN.

Note on the freight bill any obvious damage at the time of delivery (i.e. box corners crushed, tears, rips, marks, etc.) Again, be specific and note exactly what is damaged.

If you suspect internal damage, OPEN IMMEDIATELY!

Even if no damaged goods are suspected, open the carton within 24 hours and make a thorough inspection.

Hold all damaged goods and their packag-ing materials for inspection by the carrier.
