AT COLLEGE &DISTRICT
LEVEL-2018-19
COLLEGE LEVEL COMPETITIONS Every affiliated Colleges of this University shall conduct the following
Sports and Cultural Competitions among the Students Studying in First and
Second year B.Ed and M.Ed Degree Programmes in the College Campus.

Procedure for College Level Competitions:
General Rules: For Games
Each Participant can be permitted in any three Events excluding relay
as the following bases.
Two runs One jump or one throw
(or)
Two throws One jump or one run
(or)
One run One jump or one throw
Individual championship will be decided on the bases of following points.

The winners of First, Second, and Third place in College Level Competitions
are alone can be permitted to take part in the District level Sports meet.
The winners of the respective event should be sent to the concerned District Representatives nominated by the University (List Enclosed) on

The Team managers should bring the photo copy of the entry forms on the day of the meet.
DISTRICT LEVEL COMPETITIONS The winners of First, Second, and Third places student teachers in the College level
Sports and Cultural Competitions conducted in every affiliated Colleges of this University are
alone can be permitted to take part in the District level Sports and Cultural meet.

Procedure for District Level Competitions:
General Rules: For Games
The participants should be a Student of B.Ed or M.Ed Degree Programme. Every participant must wear in their College ID Card and Sports Dress. Participants should bring Authorization Letters from the Principal. Each college can be permitted to represent Maximum 14 Participants irrespective of gender and events.
Each participantswill be permitted to take part in maximum 3 events excluding relay.
Chest Numbers will be provided to all the participants in Relay event only.
The participants in relay event must wear the Chest Numbers. The participant, who unable to fail to report when called for, they will lose their chance to participate in the event.
Participants should strictly follow the rules the spirit of true sportsmanship. All the participants and accompanying with their Team manager are requested to report for registration by 7.30 am on the day of meet.
Accommodation will not be provided for the participants
All the participating colleges are expected to take part in the opening ceremony March- Past in Athletic costumes
(proper uniform) along with College flag, Banner and bamboo sticks.
TA/DAfor the participants and team manager will be made by the respective colleges.
Individual championship will be decided on the bases of following points.

The winners in field events are decided by the following rules: ( Athletes will get only Three chances)

The decision of Judges are Final
The winnersof I and II place in District Level meet will be honoured by Medals / certificates and First and Second
place is alone can be permitted to take part in the Zonal level Sports meet.
The District Representatives should submit the List of winners in First and Second placeof the respectiveevent (by
Email/Post)to the concerned Zonal Coordinators Nominated by the University (List Enclosed) on or
