With reference to above, one broken piece of secondary flexi coil spring outer make RSK, Gwalior was received from Modern Coach Factory, Raebareli (MCF) for M & C analysis at RDSO. Accordingly, M&C analysis has been carried out by RDSO. Please find enclosed herewith M&C/RDSO Report No. 21117 dated 16.05.2017 of secondary flexi- coil springs outer make RSK, Gwalior for information and necessary action .
