Custom Fabricationof Critical Process Equipment

Since 1901, hundreds of companies have benefited from our diversified products and services. From our beginning as a wax, varnish, and pitch manufacturer, we have evolved into an organization offering a broad range of tanks, heat exchangers and pressure vessel products. Our products include:

- ASME Pressure Vessels- Columns- Heat Exchangers- Double-Wall Tanks and Vessels- Fermenters- Half-Pipe, Dimple and Conventional Jacketed Reactors- Modular Construction- Process Vessels- Reactors- Storage Tanks (API 620, 650)- Spheres

Safety Culture

While the overall goal of Enerfab’s safety and health program is zero recordable injuries, the following are our primary objectives:

• Maintain a “Best-in-Class” safety program; plan safety into each project

• Ensure that every job site has the systems and personnel in place to ensure a safe working environment

• Fully support all operations, through any means necessary, to achieve safety excellence

• Hold all employees personally accountable for theiractions when it comes to safety

Our Approach

At Enerfab we understand the key to consistent performance is healthy employees. Our focus on safety starts at the top, with a large safety team reporting directly to our President. We closely monitor job-site performance through over 50 full-time safety personnel committed to keeping our sites injury-free.

ENERFAB’s professional engineers, knowledgeable with the relevant codes (ASME, API 620, API 650, AISC, AWWA) have the capability to design many different vessel configurations. These vessels are designed to accommodate a variety of products and their properties - liquid or granular, hot or cold.

Regardless of the size or complexity of the project, ENERFAB can design the right process solution to meet your critical needs. If your vessel requires a heating or cooling system, ENERFAB’s engineers can design the jackets, internal coils, and heat exchangers.

Engineering

ENERFAB maintains multiple facilities with with all in-house handling, cutting, forming, welding, and testing of fabricated equipment in excess of half a million pounds.

We have a capability to form half pipe jackets from continuous coil stock which eliminates potential failure points.

Our extensive fabrication experience has required us to develop over 400 ASME approved welding procedures on alloys including: nickel, duplex, 6-moly, chrome-moly, combination of clad and copper.

ENERFAB can mechanically polish large pieces as fine as 5 Ra, as well as perform electropolishing.

Full service head forming is provided through our Brighton Tru-Edge Head Division, which also offers both heat treating and pickling.

Barge Delivery

Few fabricators can match ENERFAB’s expertise in field fabrication and erection. Individual shop-fabricated components can be sent to the site for erection by ENERFAB crews. The project is carefully managed to provide a complete solution encompassing safety, engineering, specifications, site organization, erection procedures, quality control and craft organization. The end result gives you the flexibility to design large equipment that can take advantage of economies of scale. Tank or vessel size is never an issue.

Our experienced field crews provide: complete process solutions for vessels, civil, mechanical, utility, electrical and process designs.

ENERFAB’s field service is available to meet customer’s emergency maintenance or replacement needs due to shutdowns or unscheduled outage situations.
