VOC emissions

Down 55%

Since 1998* we have reduced our emissions of VOCs per can manufactured by 55%.

We have achieved this through the use of water-based and other low-solvent coatings.

Where we need to use solvent-based coatings for product quality and safety we minimise our emissions using energy-efficient abatement technology.
