The student of ICBM-SBE conduct every year a unique management meet in association with ET Club of the Economics Times which is patronized by all the management institutions of the twin cities. ICBM-SBE is an Academic Partner of AIMA-CMD in most of their International Conferences. The students of ICBM also conduct Mega Management Festival “BLOOM”.

PRAYAS – The Social Wing of ICBM-SBE has been organizing fund raising events through various competitions and food courts, the proceeds of which are donated to various social beneficiaries .

The basic requirement for admission into the PGDM at ICBM-SBE is a) Degree from a recognised University/Institution b) Adequate Communication Skills c) High Zeal & motivation.

The candidates are selected on the basis of a three stage selection process.

Candidate qualified in CMAT/ CAT / MAT / ATMA / XAT & Other National Level Entrance test with a score of 50%

Program Structure:1. The first three trimesters are same for all the streams and specializations of PGDM.2. The candidates have to select the stream and specialization at the start of the fourth trimester.3. The candidates have to submit a mini project at the end of third trimester and main project at the end of sixth

trimester in the concerned specialization.4. For dual specialization the candidates have to select three papers from each specialization in the fourth trimester

and fifth trimester so that the fourth & fifth trimester will have six papers of two specializations and practical paper of the ERP concerning their specialization.

5. In the sixth trimester the candidate has to complete the main project and has to take four papers of the cross functional specializations which have to be decided at the end of the fifth trimester. The cross functional specializations presently available are Insurance & Banking, Hospitality, ERP, International Business, Pharma, etc.

The following is the fee structure for the 2 year PGDM Programme at ICBM-SBE:

1. Total Fee if paid in one installment which includes Registration Fee, Rs. 3,95,000/-Tuition Fee, Laptop, Uniform, Study Materials,Online Library, Personality Development Fee, Seminars, Industrial Visits, Placement Training,Campus Placements, Project Guidance, Project Submission, English Language & Foreign Language Training,Medical Insurance, Mentor ship.

2. If paid in two installments, one at the time of joining and another one at the end of

Third Trimester Rs. 2,10,000/-

The fee includes 1 set of Uniform, Registration fee, Admission fee, Library fee for PGDM.

The Laptop is complementary from the college. If the student is not interested in taking the Laptop from the college then there will be no deduction in the fee.

Fee once paid will not be refunded or transferred under any circumstances.

The Examination fee is Rs. 1000/- per Trimester. If the candidate fails in one or more subjects the fee for re-appearing in the examination is Rs. 550/- per paper or Rs. 1000/- if more than one paper.

In addition to this a Project Evaluation & Viva Voce Fee will be Rs. 2,500/-.

The fee should be paid in the form of Cheque / DD in favour of Principal, ICBM - SBE payable at Hyderabad.

Hostel facility for students (Girls & Boys separately) is available which will be costing Rs. 1,00,000/- for 2 years payable in two installments. This includes food & accommodation.

The hostel fee once paid will not be refunded or transferred under any circumstances.

1) A 12 day international tour will be provided for an additional payment of Rs. 30,000/- only.2) The dual international M.B.A. Degree by Credit Transfer from partner university either in

Europe or USA will be processed and information will be given on request.

A payment of 1,100 US $ / Euro towards Registration and convocation fee of the University is payable at U.S.A. / Switzerland.

Disputes if any are subject to Hyderabad legal jurisdiction.

The Budding Manager Program of ICBM-SBE is a comprehensive, integrated student training and development program developed in house to enhance the soft skills and overall personality of the students. A three-dimensional learning approach - Group learning, Self-learning, and Mentoring enables focus on progressive development of a student. In Group learning, a trainer will facilitate the learning process through classroom setting to a group of 30-40 students for a particular period of time depending on the training requirement. It will focus on conceptual clarity of the topics and equip with skills to practice the exercises. Self-learning is a supplementing and complementing tool for Group learning process. This is done through a dedicated career skills module designed by the experts from the field. ICBM-SBE Info Labs (ISIL) will offer approach specific information, self-learning tools and formats, articles and chat on line. The program has been designed and developed by Prof. Zarar, Director / Principal and Prof. Jitender Govindani, Director - Academics.
