For many products, documents and proof of quality are essential. For this reason, together with our partners, we prepare compre-hensive safety data sheets, certificates of analysis, microbiologi-cal tests and laboratory tests.

MANUFACTURING INNOVATIVE PRODUCTS

You decide whether we procure the raw materials for you according to the stric-test quality and delivery time criteria or whether you provide your raw materials for production. Together we will find the most cost-efficient solution.

MANUFACTURE

In several boiler plants up to 1200kg/batch, we are able to carry out hot mixtures with a maximum tem-perature of 150°C and subsequently to make up va-rious types of packaging. We have extensive produc-tion experience in the manufacture of hair pomades, for example.

BATCH HEATING

In our cold mixing facilities, we can process water and oil-based mixtures into pastes and care products. Especially in the skin care, hair care and body care sector we have extensive production know-how.

FILLING AT WFS

FILLING

At WFS you have the possibility to have high-viscosity products filled.These may for example be hot hair care products in tins or warm water and vaseline-based creams in tubes.

HOT AND WARM FILLING

Our extensive filling equipment enables us to realise everything from simple manual filling to fully automatic machine filling, depending on the order size. We can fill up to 40,000 containers per week. For larger quantities, we will gladly find a suitable solution.

LIQUID FILLING

The filling of creams, especially in tubes and jars, is one of our main areas of expertise. Whether tube, jar or can, we bring the cream into the unit of your imagination.

With our production technology, we are able to meet almost all requirements and have appropriate filling facilities for:

PACKAGING

Every product processed at the WFS must be prepared for dispatch. We would be happy to advise you on the selection of a suitable outer carton and on optimising shipping costs. Of course, you can also give us your desired packaging or provide it.

TRANSPORT PACKAGING

Often it is not enough to put the finished product into a carton. We will be happy to put your products in coordinated sets or in a folding box with the addition of, for example, a sprayer or pipette.

SET ASSEMBLY

With extensive storage capacities we can offer you the storage of your products until the respective dispatch. The goods are in your possession and will be shipped by us with your order to the agreed customer warehouse.

COMMISSION STORE

We will be happy to provide products developed by us on your be-half with your label. You can decide whether the label shall be created and procured by us or provided by you.
