If you have a specific consultant to refer to and you have their contact details, you can organise this with them directly. Alternatively, you can call us and ask for the ‘nurse in charge’ of the wards, who will take initial details of the patient and organise the consultant for you.

The hospital does not have an accident and emergency facility.

We can provide a tailored fixed price inclusive care package* with no hidden extras on a range of diagnostic tests, treatments and surgical procedures. Patients with private medical insuranceA referral letter is generally required from you before any insured patient can be seen by a consultant. Patients can call our bookings team on 0121 704 1451 to arrange a convenient appointment.

2 Our team will contact your patient to discuss consultants, times and dates.

3 Your patient needs to contact their insurer to make sure they are covered for their appointment to see their chosen consultant.

NHS patientsSpire Parkway Hospital provides a range of elective surgical services to NHS patients – full details of the services offered can be found on the NHS e-Referral system (https://www.ebs.ncrs.nhs.uk). Our aim is to make the referral process as quick and easy as possible.

Please use the NHS e-Referral system to refer your patients to us. We are no longer able to accept referral letters from primary care by any other means (eg fax or email).

The Spire Specialist Cancer Centre is an accredited Bowel and Breast Cancer Unit recognised by Macmillan Cancer Support with a Mark of Quality Environment (MQEM) for achievements in quality for cancer care environments.

Our multidisciplinary team of specialists include consultant oncologists, haematologists, radiologists, specialist oncology nurses and counsellors.
