INTRODUCTION

Barzan Readymix Concrete Company Ltd ( BRM.) today, is a merged operation of highly qualified people with a decade of experience with reputed companies on various high level projects in the Gulf region, Now Venturing into DOHA under the chairmanship of His Excellency Mr. Abdullah Bin Khalifa Al-Attiyah. Company policy and obligations is to satisfy Customer’s agreed needs and expectations in terms of product Quality and timely Service, Understanding Customer needs and providing them the right services and efficient solutions, focussing on establishing long lasting relationships with its Customers. The Technical department, comprising a team of highly qualified experts to ensure the right choice of raw-materials and the finished product is complying with Customer’s specified requirements. The maintenance department being developed, implementing a stringent and highly complex preventive maintenance system for all equipments to ensure the right condition of equipments for the sake of smooth operations and reliable service. We also have special expertise in the operation of project related on-site mobile batching plants & a mobile Laboratory. INTRODUCTION QUALITY CONTROL PROGRAMME Quality control department staffed by qualified engineers and skilled technicians maintaining a sophisticated quality control programme to ensure highest possible level of product quality and specification compliance. Fully equipped to conduct complete range of testing as required by ASTM, BS, QCS and other international standards.

Further the Technical department is conducting continuous On-job training programmes for all staff of Technical and Production. The training programme is operated by Technical Manager who is internationally certified by City & Guilds [ CITB-National college of London ] and ACI [ American concrete institute ]. We also employ the services of third party independent testing agencies on a monthly basis to test our raw-materials as a cross check to our own testing. The test results are summarized and made available to any Customer upon request. Where required, The Field Technicians can be made available to attend pours on site &/perform on-site sampling and testing of fresh concrete as per the methods and procedures included in Field technicians reference manual possessed by them. We eagerly looking forward to a position as undisputed market leader based on our capability to maintain the highest standards in product and service quality, at reasonable prices. Our Aim,
