History Of Rafhan.

Rafhan Maize Products Co. Ltd. startedits operation as a pioneer cornrefining industry in Pakistan. From therelatively modest start, the operationsof Rafhan Maize have grown into one ofthe largest agro-based industries inPakistan over the last 47 years. RafhanMaize , No.1 producer of corn refiningproducts, is an affiliate of CornProducts International Inc. who are oneof the world’s largest corn refiner. Itproduces; High-quality food ingredients

& industrial products derived from wetmilling of corn & other starch basedproducts. Sweetener line includesvarious types of Rafhan liquidglucose , globe glucose syrup, Cerelosedextrose mono-hydrate, Mor-sweet & Nu-Bru high maltose syrups & EnzoseHydrol, Rafhan caramel color & Karogolden syrup.

To be premier provider of refinedagricultural based ingredients &products in region.

Mission Statement

To grow business consistently throughpositive relationship with customersto attain full customer satisfactionand to bring continuous improvement byadopting those business practices whichadd values to our customers, employees& share holders.

Safety & Security

In Rafhan there is a more safety and security for everything and the data gather in two places. These are:

*In Reception.

Process Making For Product

In the diagram given below:

As you see in the above diagram, there is a further process of maize we obtainfour different things in different percentages. These are:

Energy Crises

There is a alternative solution of Energy Crises in Rafhan Maize. There are two things which are helped in the Condition of Energy Crises. These are:

*LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas).

*Generator.

Training & Motivation

There is a training for every employee and motivate every employee which are working in the RAFHAN MAIZE. And the Culture Slogan Of RAFHAN MAIZE is the equal employment opportunity.

Labour Union

Management is proactive about Labour. There is no labour crises in the RAFHANMAIZE. If on certain situation the labour crises create. The management solve on the table.
