It was a 2 and a half hour session. She demonstrated how waste items from our homes which we usually considered as trash can be used in a creative manner. She used stuff like buttons, lace pieces, flowers, beads, strings and various other waste articles to decorate an old cookie box. she also used an image and transferred it on the lid along with other stuff in such a way that it completely changed its look and converted it into a creative form from trash.(Best out of Waste) It was a well appreciated collaboration with PIDILITE Fevicryl

A. DEPARTMENT LEVEL Field work activities: Mrs. Sunita Jaiswal coordinated the extension field work and following activities were conducted Department collaborated with:

Department of Life Long Learning and Extension (DLLE) University of Mumbai Department of Life Long Learning and Extension: Coordinated with Department of Lifelong Learning and Extension, where the department took over a project under SWS which takes care of women issues. The Department of Lifelong Learning and Extension [DLLE] (known earlier as Department of Adult and Continuing Education and Extension) established on October 12, in the Year 1978 and has been recognized as a statutory Department of the University of Mumbai since 1994 to promote a meaningful and sustained rapport between the Universities and the community. Constant experimentation has enabled the DLLE to fine-tune the use of Project Work as an academic tool for the evaluation of Extension Work. 39 students of the 2020-2021 batch have registered. Student group leaders Miss Arwa Dahodwala and Miss Ankita Manna have been appointed as student‟s leader. Miss Arwa Dahodwala and Miss Ankita Manna attended the DLLE First-term training program on 9th November 2020 The entire class attended the Webinars organized by DLLE titled “Power Parenting” on 5th November 2020

They explained the various adulterations that happen at different levels of consumer products. Also how this will be happening at a larger scale during and after the COVID-19 situation. They explained how we as consumer can avoid getting tricked by such adulterated products and always be assured that we use is of best quality and reasonable price. Along with this they also explained how our investing and saving techniques will be changing and how it will be a lot better than what it is currently. It was a well appreciated collaboration with CGSI (Consumer Guidance Society of India)

An online workshop was conducted by Ms. Aparna Sheth in collaboration with PIDILITE on "Mix Media". The webinar was live with over 500 participants ranging from a wide age group. It was a 2 and a half hour session. She demonstrated how waste items from our homes which we usually considered as trash can be used in a creative manner. She used stuff like buttons, lace pieces, flowers, beads, strings and various waist stuff to decorate an old cookie box. she also used an image and transferred it on the lid along with other stuff in such a way that it completely changed its look and converted it into a creative form from trash.(Best out of Waste) It was a well appreciated collaboration with PIDILITE Fevicryl
