St. Pete MAD’s 2022 Summer Theater Guide

Please Read This First For Musical ProductionsSt. Pete MAD’s Summer Musical Productions are hosted at our rehearsal space. Our productions for ourJr. Troupe (Grades 2 - 6) rehearse Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm (except when noted). Productions for ourTeen Troupe (Grades 7 - 12) rehearse Monday - Thursday, 5:30 - 8:30pm (except when noted). Our Jr. troupestages two performances and our Teen Troupe stages four performances.

A word from our Artistic Director, Dru Rabin…

“We accept all students who register because we believe in the value of experienced students collaborating withstudents new to the stage. This philosophy ensures every actor is valued, respected and considered for every roleand creates a tight knit community of young actors, raising each other up rather than knocking each other down.”

● St. Pete MAD’s Musical Production registration is completed online with St. Pete MAD. The tuitionincludes the registration fee.

● All grades are noted as rising grades. If you were in 4th grade for the 2021-22 school year, look for campsfor rising 5th graders.

● Lunch is not provided. Students will need to bring lunch, drinks, and snacks for the day. A cooler will beprovided for food and drink storage. There will be no sharing of food or drinks.

● Before Care (8am-9am) is $40 per week and after-care (4pm-5:30pm) is $70 per week. Daily rates arealso available for extended care. Email [email protected] to arrange before and after care.

Please Read This First For Weekly CampsSt. Pete MAD’s Summer on Stage camps are hosted on the campus of Shorecrest Preparatory School, located at5101 First Street Northeast, St Petersburg, FL 33703. Camps run from 9am - 12pm (Morning), 1pm - 4pm(Afternoon), or 9am - 4pm (Full Day).

● St. Pete MAD’s Summer on Stage camp registration is supported by Shorecrest’s registrationwebsite (Camp Brain) which requires an account to be created with your child’s school grade forFall 2022. Camp Brain will show you only the camps that are available for your child’s risinggrade. All of the information in this guide is also listed in Camp Brain. There is a one-timeapplication fee of $10 per camper.

● All grades are noted as rising grades. If you were in 4th grade for the 2021-22 school year, look for campsfor rising 5th graders.

● Prices include lunch. All campers staying for the full day (a full day camp or an AM/PM combination) willbe served lunch. View sample menus here.

● Before and after care are available at an extra cost from 8am - 9am and 4pm - 5:30pm for campers risinginto grades K-8th. You can register for after care at any time up to the Friday before your camp week.
