• Bank Lease Data CallØ In February 2017, USAFMCOM conducted a review of all CONUS bank lease costs (2013-2015 time frame) Ø Lease costs, as a percentage of gross profit by branch, average 3%

• On-Post FI Fee StudyØ In March 2017, USAFMCOM assessed fees charged by on-post FIs (overdraft, non-sufficient funds, and ATM fees) Ø Average fees are lower than those charged across the industry

• Training with Industry (TWI)Ø Received approval for NCO participation in banking programØ Effective 2017-2018 training year
