Agriculture is the art and science of cultivating the soil, growing crops, and raising livestock.Some 2.1 million farms dot America's rural landscape. Colfax Township is home to a variety of

agricultural operations including Amish farms uiing horse-drawn equipment; small-scalespecialty farms owned by individuals and modern commercial farm operations utilizing high-tech equipment. The 2019 Colfax Free Fair salutes "Agriculture-A lo Z" and,thanks farmers

for their work and dedication. Visit the exhibit hall to learn more about local farming resources.
