ABSTRAKSI

Good Corporate Governace (GCG) adalah suatu system yang mengarahkan dan mengendalikan perusahaan dengan tujuan, agar mencapai keseimbangan antara kewenangan perusahaan dan pertanggung jawaban kepada stakeholders.Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) adalah mekanisme bagi suatu organisasi untuk secara sukarela mengintegrasikan perhatian terhadap lingkungan dan sosial ke dalam operasinya dan interaksinya dengan stakeholders. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan Good Corporate Governace (GCG) dan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada periode 2010 2013. Pengambilan sampel mengunakan teknik purposive sampling. Unit analisis adalah perusahaan. Metode analisis mengunakan regersi berganda.Kinerja perusahaan diukur dengan return on equity (ROE) dan price book value (PBV) Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara simultan GCG dan CSR mempengaruhi ROE. Secara parsial CSR mempengaruhi ROE secara positif, sedangkan GCG tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROE. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara simultan GCG dan CSR mempengaruhi PBV. Secara parsial CSR mempengaruhi PBV secara positif, sedangkan GCG tidak berpengaruh terhadap PBV.

ABSTRACT

Good Corporate Governance (GCG) is a system tahts directs and controls the company with the goal, in order to achieve a balance between corporate authority and accountability to stakeholders. (CSR) is the mechanism for an organization to voluntarily integrate social and environmental concerns into its operations and interaction with stakeholders. This study aims to determine the application of Good Corporate Governace ( GCG ) and Corporate Social Responsibility ( CSR ) on the performance of companies in the period 2010 - 2013 Sampling using purposive sampling technique . The unit of analysis is the company . Analysis method using multiple regersi . Company 's performance is measured by return on equity (ROE) and price book value (PBV). The results showed that simultaneous GCG and CSR affect ROE . Partially CSR positively affects ROE , while GCG has no effect on ROE The results showed that simultaneous GCG and CSR affects PBV . Partially CSR positively affects PBV , while GCG does not affect the PBV
