1. SCHEMATIC DESIGN PHASE1. SCHEMATIC DESIGN PHASE
a. Consult with the Owner to ascertain (determine) the requirements of the project and confirms such requirements with him.
b. Prepares schematic design studies leading to a recommended solution including a general description of the project for approval by the Owner.
c. Submits to the Owner a Statement of Probable Project Construction Cost based on current cost parameters.

a. Prepares plans, elevations and other
drawings, and outline specifications;
Fix and illustrate the size and character
of the project (material, structure,
mechanical, electrical, etc.)
b. Submits to the Owner a further

d. Informs owner of adjustments in costs
e. Assists owner in filing the required documents to secure government approvals
