INTR ODUCTION

As we know, technology has now seeped in the lives of most men even from the upper to

2.1. Science and technology development in indonesia

Civilization of the nation and the world community in the future is to understand and

realize all-round will be dealing with complex situations in the various branches of science,

namely, among others; cloning, Cosmology, cryonics, cyberneties, exobiology, genetics,

engineering, and nanotechnology. Branches of science and technology that have given rise to a

variety of very rapid growth with favorable implications for humans or vice versa.

Science and technology necessary to utilize the noble values that can be accounted for. The

formulation of 4 (four) of the National Science and Technology development noble values,

namely:

1. Accountable, application of science and technology must be accountable both morally,

environmentally, financially, and even political impact

2. Visionary, strategic development and science and technology provide long-term solution, but

in the present tactical, non-sectoral and not only limited implications.

3. Innovative, as long as he is "innovere" which means that the new findings that are useful.

Noble values science and technology development means it is oriented in everything new, and

provide a high appreciation of the efforts to produce new innovations in innovative efforts to

improve productivity.

4. Excellence, the overall science and technology development phases starting from the phase of

initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, implications for the nation should

be good, the best or striving toward the best.

The rapid progress of science and technology requires the control, utilization, and advancement

of science and technology to strengthen Indonesia's competitive position in global life.

2.2. Development impact science and technology
