Simplified Model of Research
• Research and topic
• Research problem(s)
• Research questions
• Data that are required to answer the research questions
• Collect and analyse data
• Finding – answer the research questions
Mengapa SLR?
1. Mendapatkan info tentang penelitian terdahulu
• A systematic literature review aims to
comprehensively locate and synthesize related research,
using organized, transparent, and replicable
procedures at each step in the process
(Higgins et al., 2011)
Types of Reviews
• Narrative –overview of specific topic, identify information gaps and recommend new research
• Rapid- providing information within narrow time frame
• Scoping- mapping out evidence, preliminary assessment of potential
• Systematic- collate empirical evidence to answer research questions
Types of Reviews:
Narrative Review

Types of Reviews:

No Systematic Review Traditional/Narrative Review
• 50? • 100? • Lebih banyak, lebih bagus?
There is no concrete number of articles needed in SLR. It will totally depend on the systematic review process
(identification, screening and eligibility)
Data Base
masing.
• Pencarian literatur dilakukan pada database online yang memiliki repositori besar untuk studi akademis seperti Academic Search Complete, ACM Digital Library, Elsevier (SCOPUS), Emerald, IEEE Xplore, ScienceDirect, IGI Global, dan lainnya

PRISMA
• Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA)
• PRISMA is an evidence-based minimum set of
items for reporting in systematic reviews and
meta-analyses.
• PRISMA focuses on the reporting of reviews
evaluating randomized trials, but can also be
used as a basis for reporting systematic
reviews of other types of research, particularly evaluations of interventions.

Who should use PRISMA?
• Authors:
• PRISMA aims to help authors improve the reporting of systematic reviews and meta-analyses.
Journal Peer reviewers and editors: PRISMA may also be useful for critical appraisal of
published systematic reviews, although it is not a
quality assessment instrument to gauge the quality
of a systematic review.
Komponen Paper
Systematic Review
• Pendahuluan
• Kajian Literatur
• Metodologi
• Hasil
• Diskusi
• Kesimpulan
Metode Systematic Review
• Membuat protokol penelitian Systematic Review – PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic
Reviews and Meta-analyses)
• Melaksanakan penelitian Systematic Review
PRISMA
1. Mendefinisikan Kriteria Kelayakan
2. Mendefinisikan Sumber Informasi
3. Pemilihan Literatur 4. Pengumpulan Data 5. Pemilihan Item Data
